*Later that day, everyone gathered to hand in their permission slips to McGonagall. Damian knew Harry couldn't go because the Dursleys didn't sign his slip.*
McGonagall: Now remember, these visits to Hogsmeade village are a privilege. Should your behavior reflect poorly on the school...that privilege shall not be extended again.
*Harry rushed up with his slip but McGonagall shushed him.*
McGonagall: No permission form signed, no visiting the village. That's the rule, Potter. Those with permission, follow me. Those without, stay put.
Harry: I thought if you signed it, then I could...
McGonagall: I can't. Only a parent or a guardian can sign. Since I am neither, it would be inappropriate. I'm sorry, Potter. That's my final word.
*Harry sighed and looked towards the group.*
Harry: Forget about it, guys. See you later.
*They nodded and walked off to join McGonagall and the others. When Hermione was up ahead and away from Ron and Damian. They both had a quiet chat with themselves.*
Ron: So when did you start doing this?
Damian: Just last year. Remember when Malfoy called Hermione that foul name?
Ron: Yeah?
Damian: Let's just say I kinda gave him a final warning if he did it again. But the whole Batman thing happened after the first year. I discovered the Batcave and Dad left me a message saying it's my turn to take over for the cowl.
Ron: Wicked. Who knew that the person all this time that saved me and Harry was you. Where is that tank thing anyway?
Damian: The Tumbler? It's in the forest. I only use it when necessary.
Ron: Is that what that's called?
Damian: Yup. It was meant to be a bridging vehicle.
*Ron nodded and they cut the conversation short when they arrived at the carriages. Damian, Ron, and Hermione sat together in a carriage. When she wasn't looking, Damian silently pointed out the Tumbler's spot to Ron. When they arrived to Hogsmeade, Ron spotted something.*
Ron: Hey, Hermione. Isn't that?
Hermione: The Shrieking Shack. Yes, it is.
Damian: The Shrieking Shack?
Ron: One of the most haunted buildings in Britain. It's rumored to have been haunted due to the screams heard by locals for many years. They even say that at night, you can hear the shrieking.
*Damian looked at the shack. It seemed a little spooky but it didn't bother him one bit. The three of them carried on to look around the place. Damian and Hermione let Ron go to do his own searching, while they went off to see everything together. Damian spotted the Owl delivery section. Hermione told him about the colored sections of how fast people would want their letters delivered. They then spotted the library. Hermione gave a look around the library as did Damian. Soon they went to the sweet shop where they met up with Ron. Damian bought some chocolate bars for Harry.*
Ron: What's the chocolate for?
Damian: For Harry. You know, incase he runs into the dementors again.
Ron: Oh. Clever idea, mate. That's why you're the Ba-
*Damian nudged Ron on the ribs and motioned towards Hermione who turned around.*
Hermione: What?
Ron: The....best friend Harry could ever ask for.
