Sitting two warm mugs of coffee atop the table Y/n takes her seat on the sofa and offers Daehyun, the shelter's rep, a warm smile.

"Thank you so much." He grins, leaning forward in his spot on sofa and taking the small mug in his hands. "I know I've said it a few times already but your home really is beautiful."

"Ah thank you," Y/n gushes as pride swells up inside of her. "I do my best to take care of it. It was my grandmothers so it means a lot to me."

Daehyun nods knowingly as he takes a quick sip of coffee. Once he's done a satisfied "ahh" escapes his mouth before he ultimately returns to his spot on the couch.

"I'm pleased to say your house is up to our standards. So, if you are still willing, I'd like to go over everything involving the hybrids we'd like to board with you."

Y/n breaks into a huge smile, her heart flutters at the good news.

"Of course, I'm all ears."

"Great, let's get started."

Daehyun reaches down to retrieve a leather briefcase that had taken up residence at his feet. Sitting the heavy case atop the table the man promptly pops it open and retrieves several documents from inside as well as a shiny pen.

"As i'm sure you've guessed hybrids are complex creatures. Housing them will be very different than what you're used to. There are just as many risks as there are rewards and I want to ensure that you are well aware of this before fully agreeing."

"I am."

And it's true, she is fully aware that hybrids are no joke. She's spent hours reading up on all thing hybrids ever since she received the call on Sunday. However, her decision has yet to waver.

"Alright. Sign here please."

Sliding a document in front of Y/n, Daehyun passes the girl the pen and watches as she quickly puts her signature along the line at the bottom of the paper before putting another sheet on top of it.

"This document concerns the benefits you as a host will be receiving."

Y/n's brows draw together in surprise. She didn't realize she'd be getting anything from this. And honestly it didn't concern her. She lives comfortably and wasn't the least bit concerned with being paid.

"Benefits?"

"Yes. Naturally, there is a monthly deposit that will be made to your account for the hybrids day to day necessities. Groceries, clothing, hygiene products, etcetera. But, there will also be a separate deposit to compensate you personally."

Daehyun's finger hovers over a fairly large number near the bottom of the paper.

"Does this seem feasible to you?"

Y/n has to keep herself from scoffing in disbelief.

"Of course." She half laughs. "It's more than enough."

"Alright, sign here please."

She does.

"Next," another sheet of paper is presented. "I want you to be aware of a few things before we continue. Are you familiar with certain hybrid sensitivities such as heats?"
