Note:

I donno for sure, but sometimes this chapter will have a matured scene, I think.

Scene 1

The Kim Mansion was bustling with life as the evening sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the decorations carefully arranged by Heesun and Taehyung. Strings of pastel-colored fairy lights twinkled overhead, creating a soft and whimsical ambiance. The long dining table, set on the patio overlooking the lush garden, was laden with an array of dishes that looked both mouth-watering and aesthetically pleasing. There was a spread of traditional Korean foods—crispy fried chicken, bubbling hot jjigae, freshly made kimchi, and, of course, Heesun's signature cheesy tteokbokki. Little jars of flowers were scattered across the table, their delicate petals gently swaying in the breeze. Everything looked magical, perfect for celebrating two very special people.

Tonight wasn't just about Taehyung, but also Jimin, and everyone could feel the love and warmth in the air. Heesun had insisted that both her son and Jimin be celebrated equally, a testament to how deeply she had accepted Jimin as part of their family. However, one look at Hana and you could see the tension. While Heesun celebrated Jimin's success as if he were her own, Hana's sharp eyes couldn't hide the cold indifference she felt toward the occasion. She didn't belong in this space of warmth and acceptance, and everyone knew it—especially Jimin.

The two stars of the evening, Taehyung and Jimin, were twinning in matching pastel-colored sundresses that Heesun had gifted them. Their light, airy outfits gave the evening a playful touch, reflecting the youthful excitement buzzing between them. Normally, the idea of Taehyung helping with anything domestic was laughable—he was, after all, a master of laziness—but tonight was different. The giddiness in the air had Taehyung jumping around, helping set the table, arranging flowers, and laughing with Jimin as they teased Yoongi, who stood off to the side, shaking his head with a smile.

Yoongi was doing his best to avoid the two whirlwinds of energy, but they were like bees, buzzing around him, poking fun and demanding his attention.

"Yoonie, you missed that plate!" Taehyung called out, his lips quirking into a mischievous grin.

Yoongi sighed, rolling his eyes. "Pup, if you make me do one more thing, I swear I'm going to dump you in the nearest pool."

Jimin giggled, poking Yoongi's side. "Why so grumpy, Yoonie? It's supposed to be a celebration! Smile a little!"

Yoongi shot them both a look of mock frustration. "I swear, you two are insufferable. Can't a man just have a quiet night?"

Taehyung put on his best pout, fluttering his eyelashes dramatically. "But Yoonie, you love us."

Yoongi groaned, but his lips betrayed him with a small smile. "That's debatable."

In the corner, Bogum stood quietly, his eyes never leaving Taehyung. As the younger boy flitted around the patio, Bogum's gaze followed every movement, lingering too long on Taehyung's exposed collarbones, the delicate curve of his waist, and the way his dress flowed around his thighs when he laughed or bent over to adjust something. In his mind, Bogum imagined wrapping his arms around Taehyung, pulling him close and tasting the sweetness of those lips.

A dangerous hunger simmered behind his eyes as his mind wandered, consumed by thoughts of owning Taehyung, of making him his in every way possible. He barely noticed his mother, Hana, glaring at him from the opposite side of the patio. When their eyes met, she angrily gestured for him to stop, clearly disapproving of his obsessive behavior. Bogum forced a smile and tried to act nonchalant, but the possessiveness in his heart never wavered.
