The Door In The Woods

chapter 1

A man is having his daily run and decided to run through the woods. When he is running through the woods he stumbled upon a door he was confused on what it was and why it was just there.

He shrug and decided to ignore it but before he can walk away he heard his name "dave..." it was a whisper he barely heard it. He turns and sees no one but when he looked at the door it was opened.

He went and looks through the door and see himself. he picked up his hand thinking it was a mirror but the other him didn't pick up his hand and instead says softly, "Dave come here" while gesturing him to come closer. Dave get confused by what going on and say" w-who are you" he was very scared and didn't know what to do.

The other guy just laughs and say,"I am you." Dave response, "how are you me? what do you want?" he says while he look around to see if anyone is around but see no one. The other one sigh and say "I want one thing." "what is it?" say Dave confuse. The other guy smiles and say" your life" he laughs. Dave was horrified and turns around to leave but when he did he faces himself outside the door. This time the other him has black eyes and black liquid coming out of his ear, mouth, and eyes and he is smiling "what wrong there is no need for you to be scared" "get away from me!" yells Dave and he starts to run.

"You can run but you can't hide Dave I will find you and I will take your life!" the other him yells. He hear him laugh as he runs away. He runs home and see his wife on the couch and he sighs of relief "hey honey you never believe what just happened" he says walking towards his wife panting and sits down.

His wife look at him and say "what happened" but before he could respond he see the other him behind his wife. The him is smiling and say "I said I will find you" Dave starts to freak out and yell while getting up," honey look behind you" he look down and his wife is gone like she vanished into thin air. He looks up and the other him starts to walk towards him and say," your life is mine" he laughs and then decapitate daves head and vanishes into thin air.

A few hours later

Dave wife get home and see her husband dead with his head no where to be found and start to scream "OH MY GOD DAVE" She get her phone and quickly dials 911.

The Phone call

911: 911 what is your emergency

Dave's wife: my husband is dead I walk into my house and I found him dead.

911: okay we are sending an ambulance your way.

No one know what happened to Dave that day. His death still remains a Mystery.
