Your place or mine

Part 9

The gig that night was amazing, the band had so much energy. You asked Alex could you stand in the crowd, as you'd never been to a monkeys concert before, he was reluctant at first, he didn't want you too close to the front saying he didn't think he could cope seeing you getting crushed in the mosh pit, but he did agree in the end.
You danced around and sang along throughout, and watched the shock on Alex's face when a random guy lifted you on his shoulders during R U Mine, and with cheeky wink at Alex you pulled down your dress and flashed him. The whole band laughed and Alex lost his place and timing and laughed his way to the end, you could see the girls whooping and laughing in the wings.

Leaving the venue was an experience, there was lots of people waiting. You and the girls left via the front door into a waiting car and not a sole was to be seen, you relaxed, but when you turned the corner you could see the band fighting their way to their van, fans screaming asking for autographs
" it's ok, their used to it " Breana was watching your reaction.
" not sure if I can get used to this, he is so normal around me, then this happens and it takes me by surprise" you looked down at your lap
" hey, you'll be fine, it takes time and trust, Alex will protect you as much as he can, they all do. Alex protects the ones he loves " breana squeezed your hand

You sat in shock as those words ran through your head. You didn't think Breana realised what she'd said or maybe it was just obvious to everyone else.

You met Alex at the hotel he was seconds behind you. You had a few drinks in the bar then headed to bed.

Alex had booked a gorgeous suite for the next couple of days, you both undressed in silence you'd both been waiting for this since he left three weeks ago, he held his hand out to you and you went willingly into the large bathroom.
You showered together, the way he looked and touched your body told you never needed to feel insecure, you were gently kissing and caressing each other allowing the water to flow over you. Roaming hands would touch intimate areas as you washed each other, but the slight moans and sighs were swallowed up by kisses.

Alex wrapped you in a big fluffy towel and carried you into the bedroom
" there it is again, my new second favourite thing " he said as he ran his fingers over your blushing cheeks.
Your heart started to thud when you asked
" what's the first "
Alex still had hold of you, he stared into your blue eyes for a few seconds slightly blushing himself, your hand on his chest told you the answer, his heart was racing
" it's you love "
Tears threatened to betray you
" your my new favouite thing too Alex" you whispered
He placed you down on the bed and climbed on top of you. He took hold of your face and whispered

" the people who are closest to me call me Al "

Time stood still for a few seconds while your brain caught up, you knew there was no going back now, whatever happens this man has made his mark on you.
Another tear escaped, Alex caught it with his thumb,
" Make love to me. Al"
" it would be my pleasure love "
His lips met yours and when his hands removed your towel you decided you couldn't be more happier than you were right now.
