Not anything specifically related to anyone here or anything like that, however i managed to find a camcorder that has the nostalgia feeling to it (saw it on TikTok; somebody recording their senior year with peers; makes me jealous i couldn't do that :()
Anyway!! Luckily the person wasn't a gatekeeper and told me what it was >:3
"Sony CX405 Handycam" is the exact model. Depending on where you get it can range from £100-400 (google the rough amount of currency it would be for you if your interested). However you can find these at carboots some times (or garage sales? Whichever).
If they're asking for a lot, obviously try knock them down, but make sure it actually works and has the stuff needed. Sometimes it is better off buying them new but i'm planning on testing my luck out and trying for a car boot at some point :3
(The reason? Broke😔 plus i'm saving up for other things:
1. A graphics card for my PC: figured out that's why it broke.
2. Saving up for necessary shit.
3. Saving up for "meeting with online friends" plan A. (Plan B is simply having that money spare if we don't actually do so, all in all, either way it ends up well for me).
4. Spoiling friends (whether we meet or not, if we end up trusting each other A LOT and we're all legally adults bc more safety?? And we end up for whatever reason sharing addresses/uhh those mail box things- idfk what their calle, whatever it is when you physically go to the post office to collect your package??) then i send y'all a bunch of shit
^ not likely to happen, but again, it helps me save money if i put these thoughts into my head!! (Otherwise it's going down the drain in useless garbage).
