HOME LIFE :
— betty's mother didn't actually leave like betty was told. her mother was institutionalized for harming betty, which betty doesn't remember.
— her father sends her grandfather a check every month but betty pays the bills.
— betty's grandmother passed away when she moved in with them. she died of a heart attack.
WORK LIFE :
— betty really wants to be an actress & get away from her home town. she loves movies, tv, & music. she does imagine herself on the big screen often.
— when she's not at home she is working at the diner. from open to close most days. there is hardly a day when she isn't there.
— the owner of the diner is married but she knows he sleeps with the other waitresses. they all smell like his cologne.
PERSONAL LIFE :
— betty dated timmy for six months before his mysterious death. he was found in a river miles away from where he lived.
— betty is a virgin & was convinced that timmy would be her first.
— betty falls in love way too fast & is nice to everyone which can be a huge problem
— her grandparents took her out of school to work. they needed the help.
— betty talks too much. lack of social life makes it hard for her to recognize when its time to shut up. ( just kiss her she'll get the idea)
