After grabbing a coffee, she sat down to review her notes, her research on Monsters and its stars, Nick Chavez and Cooper, laid out in front of her. This wasn't like her podcast interviews this was for Netflix, and she wanted to make sure her questions hit the right balance of depth and ease.
She spent the next hour finalizing everything, triple checking her equipment, and picking out a sleek black jumpsuit that felt professional yet comfortable. When she arrived at the press event, the place was buzzing with journalists and crew members. Cammie took a deep breath, reminding herself that she was prepared.
As she settled into the waiting area, she couldn't help but scroll through Instagram, catching a glimpse of Nick's behind-the-scenes posts she felt those familiar nerves rise again. But she quickly pushed it aside. This was work.
