The atmosphere inside San's mansion had grown oppressively tense as days stretched into seemingly endless cycles of fury and desperation. Each floorboard seemed to creak under the weight of San's wrath, warning all who tread upon them to tread lightly. His outbursts had become more frequent and volatile, with the sound of gunshots reverberating from the basement where he discharged his anger into targets and the angry growls that accompanied the shattering of equipment. No one dared to cross his path; getting in his way was akin to stepping in front of a raging bull, likely to be trampled without a second thought.

San's notorious hot-headedness, now fueled by Seonghwa's equally intense emotions, created a storm of tension that permeated every corner of the mansion. Their collective fury seemed to feed off each other, escalating the already fraught atmosphere. Meanwhile, I found myself buried under an increasing load of pressure as I worked tirelessly to gather more information. The situation was further complicated by the disappearance of Wooyoung, raising suspicions and adding fuel to San's fiery temper. Discovering Wooyoung's affiliations with the Midnight Reapers and his intended leadership role only deepened San's suspicions and anger.

It was clear that Blaze and Viper had targeted Eun-Ji to destabilize San, hoping to provoke a mistake by striking at his heart. Yet, San was far from foolish; he knew better than to show any outward weakness, especially beyond the walls of his mansion. Despite the turmoil and the pain of his child's disappearance, he managed an iron-clad facade, holding himself together more tightly than anyone could have anticipated under such circumstances.

Amidst the chaos, all I longed for was a moment of respite—a cup of coffee and a brief stretch away from the oppressive atmosphere of the command center. As I stepped out of the office, I noted the bodyguards positioned strategically around the room, their eyes glued to the screens displaying various camera feeds.

At that moment, Seonghwa approached me, his face drawn with fatigue, exhaling a heavy sigh that spoke volumes of the stress we were all under. Just then, the basement door swung open, and San emerged. His presence instantly altered the dynamics of the room—bodyguards straightened, subtle glances were exchanged, and a palpable tension filled the air.

San's gaze swept over the room, sharp and calculating. The intensity of his eyes hinted at the controlled fury simmering just beneath the surface, a dangerous calm before the storm that might unleash at any provocation.

As he approached, I braced myself, ready to relay any new findings or to bear the brunt of his frustration. Despite the trepidation, I understood that navigating this interaction carefully was crucial—not just for my own sake, but for potentially unlocking any leads that might bring us closer to resolving the crisis at hand.

"Any updates?" San's voice cut through the tension, his tone demanding but composed.

"We're still piecing together the last known movements of Wooyoung," I reported, keeping my voice steady. "His disappearance is suspicious, and it may be linked to Blaze and Viper's plans. We believe they're using Eun-Ji as a pawn to weaken you."
