In the Celestial Academy, at a class, Mia
"So, yesterday there was an intruder, so we will be doing pokémon training." The teacher says. "Okay." One student says. "Also, we have a new student," The teacher adds, opening the door. A person with short white hair, and a light cyan eye color. "Would you like to introduce yourself to the class?" The teacher asks. "I'm..." The new student begins, "I'm Snowball.." They quietly say. "You can sit next to Mia and Luna." The teacher says, pointing to the desk near us. "Okay.." Snowball says, quietly walking to the desk near us and sitting down. "You all have your starter pokémon, correct?" The teacher asks. "Yes." The whole class says. "Then we need to train." The teacher says. "Okay!" Someone exclaims. "Team up to train, Luna, your paired with Dawn." The teacher says, listing off who we get to train with. "And lastly, Snowball and Mia." The teacher says.
Outside the school, Luna
"Go with your partner for this, and train, I don't care where." The teacher says. "Forest?" Dawn asks. "Sure!" I reply. "We'll come with." Snowball says. "Yeah." Mia agrees. "Then come on!" Dawn exclaims. Snowball seems to glare at Dawn for a second. Dawn leads us to the center of the forest, and we train, but we lose track of time, and it is night time. "Darn it!" Snowball says, "We should get back to school." She adds. It begins to rain outside. "I actually have a small cottage in the woods, we can stay there until it stops raining, it's a short walk." Dawn says. "Okay," Mia says. "Actually, I'm going back to school." Snowball says. "Okay." Dawn says, walking further into the forest. "Coming!" I say, and follow Dawn. "Anyways, we're here!" Dawn says, standing in front of a cottage. "I live here alone." She adds, opening the door, I follow her into the cottage, suddenly I feel like I was attacked by a pokémon. "You never should have trusted me." Is the last thing I hear before falling unconscious.
In the forest, Mia
"I have a bad feeling abut Dawn." I say. "Me too," Snowball agrees. "Should be go to the cottage and make sure she is okay?" I ask. "Yes, we'll use the darkness to our advantage." Snowball says. "Code names?" I excitedly ask. "Yes, your code name is Shadow," Snowball says. "Yours is Glacier." I respond. "We will find Luna." Snowball says. "And learn if we can trust Dawn." I add. With a new goal, we go and search for the cottage, once we find it, we open the door, there are people in the cottage, but not Luna. "Who are you, and where is Luna?" I ask. "I'm Shade," One of them say. "I'm Xolonalia." The other one says. "Where's Luna, and Dawn?" Glacier asks. "Oh, Echo, don't think you've fooled us with your disguise." Xolonalia says. "And who's this friend you brought with you?" She adds. "I'm Shadow." I hiss. "You know..." Xolonalia begins, reaching out a hand. "You could join me." She says. "No." I say. "Echo, if you kill her, you can join us again." Xolonalia says. " No thanks." Glacier says. "Why not?" Xolonalia asks. "Your insane! You tried to kill Luna." Glacier yells. "Well, if you get abandoned, don't come back and try to join us again," Xolonalia warns. "So? I don't really care? I won't help you." Glacier says. "You'll regret this." Shade says. "Shadow, go, save Luna, I'll buy you some time." Glacier whispers to me. I nod. "Ready?" She asks. "Ready." I say. "Hurry." Glacier says. I run to a door, opening it, Glacier is trying to buy some time with her pokémon. I run downstairs, and there is a person there, Dawn. "Well, it looks like your annoying friend came here after all." Dawn says. I grab a knife from my pocket, "Let Luna out of here, or else." I threaten. "Or else what?" She asks. "I'll kill you, right now." I warn. "Fine, fine, I don't want to die." Dawn says, untying Luna. Luna quickly stands up and distances herself from Dawn. "We're leaving." I say. Me and Luna run back upstairs to grab Glacier and we all leave. "Thanks for helping me out back there Mia and Snowball." Luna says. "I actually go by 'Shadow' now, but no problem." I respond. "Yeah, no problem friend." Snowball agrees. Luna suddenly stops, "I need you both to make a promise," She suddenly says. Intrigued, I ask, "What is it?" "To never abandon each other, that we'll stay together as friends, work together, and not betray each other, no matter what." Luna answers. "I promise." Me and Snowball say at the same time. "Thank you." Luna says. "We'll face this challenge together." I say. "And we will survive, and not fail." Snowball adds. "Now, we need to go back to school." Luna says.
Back at school, Snowball
"Well, we didn't get in trouble since this wasn't our fault," Luna says. "That's good to know." Shadow says. "Yeah." I agree. "So, now what?" Shadow asks. "Well, I honestly don't know." I answer. "My Elgym evolved." Shadow says. "I don't know if I should be concerned or relieved." Luna replies. "Concerned?" I say. Shadow nods, "Yes, you should be concerned," She says. "Let's form a small alliance, I say we name it Darkness of Shadows." Luna suggests. "Sure." I agree. "Sounds good to me!" I say. "And our goal?" Shadow asks. "Hmm....I don't know, but we should recruit new members." Luna answers. "We need a goal first." I say. "Let's defeat the people who....well you know...are evil." Shadow says. "Yes!" I say. "Sounds good." Luna adds. "Shadow, you are our leader." Luna continues. "Okay, why me?" Shadow asks. "Because, we both agree, you should lead this group." Luna says. "Umm, sure?" Shadow replies. "I...I...My real name is Echo..." I say. "Wait, Echo?" Luna asks. I nod. "Thanks for the help that one time." She says.
A year later, Luna
It's happened again, I keep finding myself in terrible situations, worst of all, Snowball and Shadow are in the Paldea region, I'm alone, trapped here again. "Well, your friends can't help you now, can they?" Shade asks, "You're stuck, and I can now try to get your closest friend to become evil, well, she already is...but that's not the point, I can finally try to kill Shadow, your closest friend," Shade adds. "Don't!" I yell. "It's not like you can stop me." Shade says, walking away.
In Paldea, Shadow
"We haven't checked on Luna in a while, huh?" I ask. "Yeah, we should soon," Snowball answers. "So, I'm going to call her." I say. "I met someone today, their name is Mint, but she got injured somehow, apparently she might die, she's not doing well, and the people at the hospital don't know if she'll be able to...well, remember this world, they're considering leaving her in the wild." Snowball tells me. "Oh, sounds awful." I say. "Well, I think she might be a threat." Snowball says. "To what?" I ask. "To us, and Luna." Snowball answers. "So, what should we do?" I ask. "We'll deal with that if it happens." Snowball answers. I grab my rotam phone and call Luna. RING, RING, RING. There was no answer, I spam call, still no answer. "I think Luna is in danger." I say. "I hope you're wrong." Snowball says. "Hey." Someone says. "Who would you be?" I ask. "Lavender." They calmly answer. "And your intentions?" I ask. "Y'know, to cause harm, that kind of stuff." She answers. "Well, you can join the little team here." I offer. "Depends, what are you're goals?" Lavender asks. "Currently, to save someone." I answer. "Sure, I'll join." Lavender says. "Now we're a team of four." Snowball says. "Yes, we are. We should rescue Luna." I agree. "Who's Luna?" Lavender asks. "Shadow's girlfriend." Snowball answers. "We are just close friends!" I say. "Yeah, you're totally just friends." Snowball says sarcastically. "Soo, let's focus on finding Luna first." Lavender says. "Okay!" I say excitedly. "What's the plan?" Snowball asked. "The plan is..." I begin.
