Something funny is there by end of the chapter.

The sun rose upon the horizon with orangish blanket and red spark of beauty. The birds were chirping melodies slogans as I was going back in the early morning with icy wind in the surrounding. The temperature is at dew point, tree leaves were adoring watery diamond in the fog of winter.

I had goosebumps rising on the line of my neck as wind was too cold, too shaky. I rode a bike along with early hawkers, milk suppliers and newspaper distributors. Breakfast stalls were already out on the road to start preparing.

I thoughtfully stop the bike outside one of stall, packed some parcels of upma and poha. I think it’s a better way to get away with at least one morning tasks.

By quarter to six in the dawn I reached home. Smacking the keys to the door, I straight walked in the kitchen to keep things in my hands. I got a little fresh up, changed my clothes. After staying up full night near to the coastal, it’s aroma was still lingering over my skin.

I was about to enter my room but I turn toward yuvansh’s room because of some clicking sounds. “It’s Sunday, isn’t it too early for you to get up.” i ask playfully as Yuvansh opens the door.

“I woke up on my regular time.” He replied abruptly.

“you’re right but today’s Sunday. We usually sleep till late."

"that's when I had my brother home.” He argues back and goes to find a book kept in down cupboard. “don’t get freely with me, we are not in talking terms.”  He says while crouching down the knees.

I helplessly nod my head, he’s still mad but is it supposed to affect me?

"oh, that I had some work, otherwise I wouldn’t have left.” I lean on the sofa to take some rest, my back is aching like crazy. Also the climate outside helped my sleep as drugs. Tucking in two blankets to doze off would be a dream.

“right!” Yuvansh exclaimed rudely. “now you’ll have more than usual work.” My head snaps to him in surprise, what is he saying?

I totally believe he’s still going on about fight from the other day but this is more than longer now. He never stays this long without talking to me, I thought we’ll go back to being normal as it’s been three days.

I yank his hand holding books. He usually studies in the morning but Sunday is abnormal day. “You’re doing overboard now. I said it was a mistake, why are you not believing me.” I say in disbelief.

“you lied. I found nobody inside the house for whole night. Where you would be at this time if not with that Lohra.” He slump on the sofa chair saying.

I shouldn’t have gone, I admit my mistake but I can’t undo anything. I'll have to bear it’s consequences and it started with my brother. It’s been a week, yet Lohra hasn’t contacted me, it’s unusual but maybe he didn’t know I was there.
