Chapter 4 The Death

LONDON, ENGLAND

6:30 AM

Danielle's POV:

The sun barged through my curtins, almost like it wanted me to wake up. ''6:30.. are you serious dani? you're 5 minutes late'' I thought to myself. I was supposed to be awake at 6:25 because harry told me to text him around that time, oh well not like I was expecting a message from him.. or was I? ever since that friday night when harry kissed me I felt a weird feeling growing inside of me, his emerald eyes always made me tingle. I grabbed my phone to text harry, only then my phone switched off by itself, i then realised it was on 1% the last time i checked it for the time.

I hurried over to the kitchen straight after I brushed my teeth and got changed. I poured some cereal and milk in a bowl, and headed towards the couch. Since my phone was dead and i couldnt find the charger, i decided to watch some t.v. I hardly ever watch t.v, its not my sort of thing. I switched on the t.v and the first thing that came on was the news. ''Oh great, what a lovely day for some news'' I said in a sarcastic tone, I was about to change the channel when the reporter struck me with the headlines. ''Reportedly a teenage girl has been murdered to death, at a nearby scho-" my attention suddenly went over to the door of my house being unlocked. "Katherine is that you?" I shouted as loud as I could, "no I'm a murderer I'm gonna kill you" responded Katherine, I knew it was Katherine because of her voice, I mean she is my sister, what the hell was she thinking that I wouldn't find out it was her? "Oh shut up Kat" I giggled.
"How did you know it was me?" Asked Katherine with a confused face. "You're my sister mate" I replied.
"Okay okay, guess what Danielle?"
"What?"
"Zayn & Niall have invited us to dinner with them tomorrow"
"Zayn told me"
"Why didn't Niall tell me himself?"
"He's probably busy dani, don't overthink it"
"I can't g-"
"You can study later" I heard a familiar voice behind me, I turned around to see Niall, his ocean blue eyes make me fall in love with him all over again.
"C'mon babe, it's not like we go out every night for a fancy dinner" said Niall, "plus I've booked quite an expensive restaurant & if you don't go my money would go to waste, now we don't want that do we?" He added, moving my hair away from my shoulder, replacing it with his soft chin.
"Okay fine, I'll go" I said kissing his cheek.

LONDON, ENGLAND

SUNDAY 6:20 AM

KATHERINE'S P.O.V:

"I am so not wearing that" I said crossing my hands over my chest as Danielle helped me pick out my dress for tonight. Danielle was wearing a bright blue gown with a floral at the side. "What about this?" Said Danielle picking out a yellow gown with some sequence on it.
"Don't like the colour" I responded
"You're so fussy, go look for one by yourself, I need to get ready!" Shouted Danielle tossing a bunch of dresses towards me.
I finally picked one. It was gorgeous. A white dress with some silver sequences on the left hand. The dress was just above my knee.

After a few minutes we were both ready, waiting for our guys to pick us up. The bell rang as soon as we turned on the TV.
"I'll check" I said to Danielle making my way towards the door.

ZAYN'S P.O.V:

"What'chu think our girls would be wearing" smirked Niall.
"Clothes bro" I chuckled
"Well obviously they wo-"
"Shut up, someone's coming" I cut Niall mid sentence as I saw the door knob being twisted. As the door creaked open, there stood. Right infront of me. The love of my life.
"Hey boys, come in" said Katherine
"Hi Kat, you look amazing said Niall placing a kiss her cheek & making his way towards the sitting room. I was still outside, I literally could not get my eyes of her. I scanned her head to toe. "Beautiful" I whispered.
"What, I can't hear you" said Katherine, I loved it when she teased me, it was such a turn on. "I said you look beautiful, absolutely stunning" I repeated myself.
"Not as much as you baby" said Katherine
"Are we gonna stand out here & argue or will you let me in?" I laughed while Katherine stepped aside to let me in.
"Guys we should really get going" I said.

DANIELLE'S P.O.V:

When we arrived & got seated at our table, Zayn & Katherine were being typical love birds how they normally are, while me & Niall sat there in complete silence until Niall said to Zayn "hey I'm just gonna take Danielle to a corner, I wanna talk to her about something" my hands shivered as if it were freezing.
"Corner yeah" Zayn smirked while Katherine giggled.
"Oh shut up" replied Niall grabbing my hand, leading me to a corner.
"Dani, what's up? You seem upset, not you're usual self obviously" said Niall waiting for me to respond.
"I..I..it's .. Um... Nothing" did I just stammer? I'm known for being quite confident, but I just don't know what happened to me. "You can tell me babe" said Niall grabbing my cheeks into his hands. "I'm just worried about the death that was on the news, I didn't hear what actually happened & were but it did say it was in London" yes I lied, I had to, I couldn't tell him that Friday night was bugging me, I couldn't tell him I kissed his best friend.

NIALL'S P.O.V:

Shit, it's all over the news how am I supposed to tell her? I thought to my self. I softly placed a kiss on her rosy lips. "Hey, it's okay, just don't go out alone at night or anything, I'm here, I'll protect you" I comforted her as we headed back towards the table.
"Hey, pal sorry about that, we kinda just ate while you lot were doing whatever you were doing" said Katherine drinking the last sip of red wine from her glass.
"It's okay, we're not hungry anyways" I smiled, while looking Niall directly into his eyes.
Today was amazing. I thought to myself.

LONDON ENGLAND

2:00PM

KATHERINE'S P.O.V:

"Kat, I think Liam fancies you" said Camilla with a huge smile on her face, Camilla was one of my friends I had made during basketball classes, she was the flirty type, you would see her with a different guy everyday. "No he doesn't" I backed myself up.

"KATHERINE.... KATHERINE" I heard Danielle rush over to me dropping all her books behind her but she didn't seem to care. "KATHERINE I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU" Said Danielle unable to breath.
"Calm down first" I giggled.
"No, no, Katherine you know the girl that got murdered, she was found here at our own school, at your basketball changing room. So she's someone from your basketball group" explained Danielle.
"But who could it be? Everyone I know left the changing rooms right after me, I was the last one in there" I questioned.
