House Darkmore is a house way in the north that hardly anyone knows about.
Lord Tywin Lannister was a father of four children but he only kept two, he had ordered to kill one which was a son. Because of the deformity, killing his beloved. And the other was a girl, Tywin knew that the girl was a child of the mad king.
Tywin used this opportunity to leave the child in the north while he makes his daughter Cersei become the queen. Tywin thought that no one would know about her but he could not be more wrong.
