"Yes way" you say back. "We're driving home now. The phones on speaker so Lando can hear you".
"Hi Sophie" he chuckles.
"Hey, I can't believe it" she says in disbelief. "You've had one hell of a night then".
"Yeah, it's been unforgettable" you reply, glancing over to Lando with a smile on your face.
"Well congrats to the both of you" she chuckles. "Getting married and having a baby".
"Thanks Soph, we're both so excited".
Lando gently squeezes your thigh hearing your response.
"I've got a surprise for you as well but I'll call you about it tomorrow" you add.
"Okay, I'll talk to you tomorrow then, I'm so happy for you guys".
"Thanks Soph, love you"
"Love you too, bye"
After hanging up your phone, you turn to face Lando and lean your head against the head rest.
You slowly close your eyes as you drift off to sleep.
Some time later you feel a ticklish feeling on your face as you start waking up. Slowly blinking your eyes open, you look around noticing that you're now in your bedroom lying on the bed with your heels removed.
Just then Lando walks out of the bathroom carrying your makeup wipes and sits down beside you on the edge of the bed as he pulls out a wipe.
"Let me wipe your makeup off so we can get ready for bed and cuddle" he says, leaning towards your face with the wipe.
Whilst he's wiping your makeup off you're trying your best not to fall back asleep, due to the comfort of the bed beneath you, which he soon notices and lets out a low chuckle.
He places his free hand on your waist and gentle squeezes it in an attempt to keep you awake long enough for you to change out of your dress and into your pyjamas.
Once your makeup is all off, he lifts you out of bed and brings you towards your closet as he gently places you down before grabbing your clothes for you.
Too tired to realise he hasn't left the room yet you start to undress yourself once he's finished unzipping your dress. You completely forget that you wore sexy lingerie underneath your dress and take it off without thinking.
Once you've pulled the dress down completely, you step out of it and turn around to pick up your pyjamas but find Lando still stood behind you.
His eyes go wide as he scans your figure shamelessly from top to bottom causing you to follow his gaze and only then do you realise what you're wearing.
Your cheeks turn pink as you look away feeling shy under his intense gaze.
"Damn" is all Lando says before he has you pinned between the nearest wall and himself.
Your eyes automatically find his, hypnotised by the closeness, and you're unable to look away.
He brushes his thumb over your cheek and the next moment his lips capture yours in a passionate kiss. His need and longing for you being expressed through it, as his right hand travels down to squeeze your bum and the left one slides behind your neck pulling you in closer.
You immediately melt into the kiss and respond by grabbing his collar and pulling him closer with your right hand as your left hand travels to the back of his neck letting your fingers run through his curls.
After a couple of minutes you gently push against his chest to move him away as you're in need of oxygen. He pulls away and rests his forehead against yours as he opens his eyes to take in your flushed appearance, a gentle smile adorning his features.
You keep your eyes closed as you gradually catch your breath again, all the while your cheeks blush darker as you replay the kiss in your head.
You open your eyes to meet his just before he leans in to place a final peck on your lips and places his thumb back on your cheek.
"I don't want to go any further until we've seen a doctor but it's so hard to hold myself back seeing you like this" he whispers as his other hand caresses your waist.
He places as kiss on your forehead before pulling back and leaving the closet allowing you to finish changing.
You pout seeing his disappearing figure because if you weren't needy before then you definitely are now.
You quickly change wanting to be in his embrace and head back into the bedroom to find Lando on the bed using his phone wearing only his sweatpants. His abs and v line on full display only adding to your neediness for him.
You head over to your dressing table and comb through your hair making sure you don't leave any knots. Once you've finished, you stand up and head towards your side of the bed itching for the warm of lando's body.
As you climb under the covers, you wrap your arm around Lando's waist pulling yourself towards him and place your head on his chest.
Just then you hear his phone being placed on the nightstand as he turns towards you and wraps one arm over your back as the other makes its way to your hair.
The last thing you remember before drifting off to sleep is hearing his loving whispers in your ear and feeling his gentle strokes down your back.
"Sweet dreams baby" he whispers as he feels your body relax in his arms.
Not long after he joins you in slumber as you stay wrapped up in each other's embrace the whole night.
