Well geography was fun.... You know the whole getting introduced to the class and having everyone stare at you routine is getting kind of old. At least now I have maths with Dylan which makes me feel great I could use someone I know in one of my classes.

I walk around the school trying to find my classroom, looking at all the room numbers on the top of the doors when I get bumped into.

"Hey!" I say not really knowing who bumped me
"Rosie! I'm so sorry"
I look up to see who bumped me, it was Dylan
"That's ok Dylan."
"Haha well you got to our classroom which is good."
"Haha yeh I guess so."

Dylan reaches his hands out to me to help me up, I take his hands and I get yanked up so I am standing again

"Thanks." I say

Dylan just smiles at me, with his sweet and innocent smile.

"Well shall we go in?"
"Probably" I say

We walk through the door, we are met by an oldish man maybe 50 years old with a wrinkled face.

"Ah so you must be Rosie."
"That's me." I say kind of awkwardly
"Well I'm Mr Sparrish, your new mathematics teacher, welcome."
"Thank you."
Dylan and I look at each other, both looking as weirded out as each other.
Dylan escorts me to where he sits he pulls out a chair next to his and gestures for me to sit down, so I do. I decide to ask Dylan about the whole Thomas situation.

"Hey?"
"Yes?"
"Well I was just with Thomas and um well, do I sound crazy if I said it looked like his eyes were glowing??"
"Haha whaaaaaat??"
"Well do I?"
"Um well I dont know it could have just been the sun maybe??"
"Yeh probably."

I look forward to the board where Mr Sparrish is teaching, I kind of felt let down in a way, I kinda hoped Dylan would reassure me about things but no, I got nothing.

Mr Sparrish gives out a worksheet for the class to do.
"Hey Rosie, want to work together?"
I hear Dylan ask, I look at him with a smile
"Sure." I say
We both giggle
After half an hour of working out the value of x, I hate algebra, the bell goes.

"See you later Rosie."
"See ya Dylan

A long maths lesson finally passed and a long first day at school was finally over.

"Oh hey Rosie, um I didn't get your phone number......"

Dylan scratches the back of his head looking unsure of what he just said.

"Well give me your phone."
I say as I give him mine, I add myself as a contact and he does the same. We give each other our phones back.

"I'll see you soon." I say
"You sure will." Dylan says with a wink

We smile at each other and go our separate ways to get home. what a pretty good day at school.
