An Introduction (Charlie)

Who's to say there's no fun in entering a dimensional rift? Me, that's who. But me and my friends decided to anyway, God knows for what reason, or he doesn't... It doesn't actually matter anyway.

I'm Charlie, I'm pretty cool. I uh, hate spiders, I guess. There's nothing else to add. Oh yeah, my parents got divorced years ago, and then my dad murdered my mom. Small world, huh?

I had a sister, but she hung herself. It was a... pretty sad thing. Abna reminds me of her, she's pretty sad herself. Pathetic, even.

Our friend group consists of, well, let's see. Off the top of my head, there's Abna, Thomas, Zeima, Eli, Benjamin, Bella, Curly, and me! Am I missing someone? Surely I'm missing someone. That's only 8 people. There should be 9.

Oh right, Landon. Yeah, he's weird. He just hangs with us, but I don't consider him a friend.

To put it simply, we're all delusional in one way or another. I mean, Curly sees things that aren't even there. He's gotta be schizophrenic to a certain degree.

Zeima just does whatever, literally. She once bungee jumped from a plane. I won't get into the specifics of how that works, it won't make sense to you.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I'll get into the specifics of us, not the plane bungee jumping thing.

So me, I'm Charlie. I'm 6'3, seriously, I mean that. I'm pretty cool. I absolutely hate spiders to a hellish degree. They belong at the bottom of a pit of acid. I'm relatively smart.

Then there's Abna, of course. She's extremely sad. She doesn't do much other than stare at motivation videos and be depressed. She's kind of pathetic, it's her thing. At least she cares about us and would never end up accidentally killing any of us!

Thomas has been with our group for the longest. He basically started this all. Him, Bella, and Eli were the first three. He claims we're all like 'family' though that's bullshit, maybe.

Zeima is pure crazy, and a danger freak. She's always doing the most dangerous shit imaginable. One time, Zeima scaled Mount Everest ALONE. She has total real life plot armor. She joined the group with Curly, and they quickly became best friends with Bella.

Eli is a basic ass dude, though he won't admit it. He always got bad grades in school and shit. Lazy ass. Though if there's one thing he's good at, it's being strong as shit. And fast. He's more fast than anything else, he's got long legs.

Benjamin is just some random nerd we all picked up along the way. He's stuck with our group ever since he helped Bella get a passing grade in middle school since she was too busy stealing shit to study.

Bella, of course, is the group's avid thief. She steals anything she can get her hands on. She has tons of artifacts, from us of course. She steals all of our shit and never admits it. She still hasn't given back my watch.

Curly is always busying himself with puzzles and shit. He's not really like Zeima, in a sense. He doesn't care much for danger, but he won't purposely throw himself into it. He's more afraid of the dark than anything. He also has curly hair.

Landon is just, well, a guy. He's not very important, but he's there when you need him. He tags along with the group for whatever reason, and we just let him stick around for whatever reason.

That's pretty much all for our introduction. I suppose the next person who talks will probably do a better job at describing things. Hopefully it's not Eli, I feel like he would get too distracted glazing himself.
