3RD PERSON
Miki can't quite believe it. The thought lingers in her mind as she sits in the driver's seat, staring at Aira. This—whatever it is between them—feels like a dream she never expected to have, let alone live out. She's always been the type to keep her distance, especially when it comes to emotions and intimacy. The idea of kissing someone, the longing that comes with it, has never been something she allowed herself to indulge in. But tonight, with Aira sitting beside her, all of those defenses seem to crumble.
Aira, with her easy smile and quiet confidence, pulls Miki in without even trying. It's as if the very air between them crackles with tension, and Miki can't resist the pull any longer. The words slip from her lips before she has time to reconsider, as though her heart speaks before her brain can catch up.
"Can I kiss you?"
The question hangs in the air, and for a moment, Miki thinks she might have crossed a line. But then Aira looks at her, her expression softening, and to Miki's surprise, there's no hesitation in her response. Aira doesn't seem taken aback by the redhead's question—if anything, there's something almost knowing in her eyes, as if she expected this.
Aira knows all too well that letting things continue between them, letting herself fall into this dangerous desire, could have consequences. But there's an ache she can't ignore. The craving, the hunger—it feels like a constant gnawing inside her whenever Miki is near, a burning need for her touch. It's not just about the physical contact; it's something deeper, more consuming. Her breath catches slightly as the weight of it presses down on her, but instead of pulling away, she leans into it.
Aira hums softly, a small laugh escaping her lips, almost as though she finds the situation amusing. It's not mockery—it's the kind of laugh that suggests she's known for a while this would happen, as if she's been waiting for this moment just as much as Miki has. Her voice is quiet, almost teasing as she responds.
"You can."
And it's all the permission Miki needs.
In an instant, the space between them disappears. Miki leans in, her breath mingling with Aira's, and her hand moves instinctively to the back of Aira's neck. Her fingers thread through Aira's hair, gripping just enough to pull her closer. Their lips meet, softly at first, but the tenderness quickly gives way to something more urgent, more desperate. It's as though all the tension that's been building between them for days, maybe even weeks, explodes in this moment.
Miki loses herself in the taste of Aira's lips, in the way Aira presses into her with just as much need. It's intoxicating, this feeling of finally letting go, of surrendering to the temptation she's fought so hard to deny. Her other hand reaches out, fumbling for the driver's side controls. She locks the doors with a loud, definitive thud, the sound making her pulse quicken.
For a second, she pulls back just enough to glance around. The car's windows are heavily tinted—dark enough that no one outside could see in. It feels safe, private, like they're hidden from the world. Miki smirks to herself, silently thanking her past self for splurging on the car's modifications. She's spent an obscene amount of money on this vehicle, and tonight, it's paying off. Not just for the tinted windows but for the stable suspension—if things escalate, the car won't give them away by shaking too much.
But that's a distant thought, almost an afterthought compared to the reality of what's happening in front of her. Aira is still here, still pressed against her, and the desire that courses through Miki's veins pushes everything else aside. Their lips meet again, and this time, the kiss is harder, hungrier. Miki feels the heat between them rise with every second, the air in the car growing warmer despite the blast of the air conditioner.
Aira shifts slightly, the position they're in becoming uncomfortable. Miki's seat wasn't designed for this, and Aira seems to realize it too. Without breaking the kiss, Aira moves. She swings one leg over Miki's lap, straddling her in the cramped space of the driver's seat. The moment her body settles on top of Miki's, something in Miki's brain goes completely blank.
Aira's weight, the feeling of her sitting there, so close, so intimately, makes Miki's heart race. She's never felt anything like this before—never wanted anyone the way she wants Aira right now. Her breath hitches as she looks up at Aira, who now towers over her, the dim lighting of the car casting shadows over her face. She looks beautiful—achingly so—and Miki can't think of anything else but how badly she needs to kiss her again.
Miki leans up, closing the gap once more. Aira's hands find their way to Miki's face, cradling her as their mouths collide again and again, the kiss growing more intense, more desperate with each passing second. Miki's hands roam, one sliding up to Aira's waist while the other grips her thigh, anchoring her in place.
For Aira, this is something entirely new. She's heard her friends talk about losing themselves in someone, about feeling like nothing else exists in the world when you're with the right person. But she never truly understood what that meant—until now. With Miki beneath her, their bodies pressed together, she finally gets it. She feels the world around her blur and fade, leaving only the sensation of Miki's lips, her hands, her breath. It's overwhelming, and yet, she doesn't want it to stop.
They pull apart for a brief moment, both gasping for air. Miki looks up at Aira, a string of saliva still connecting their lips, and something stirs deep inside her. She's never thought of herself as someone who could fall this hard, this fast. But Aira has her in a trance, has her completely under some kind of spell.
Did she put a love spell on me... Miki thinks, her eyes scanning Aira's face, taking in the way her lips are swollen from kissing, her cheeks flushed. How does Aira have this effect on her? Miki doesn't know, but she's not complaining. Not even a little.
Aira leans down again, their lips barely brushing before diving back into the kiss. Miki's hands grip her thighs a little tighter, her fingers digging in as she tries to pull Aira even closer. The car feels impossibly hot now, even though the AC has been on since before Aira got in. The heat between them, though—it's electric, impossible to ignore.
Aira groans softly, pulling back just slightly. The sound makes Miki pause, concern flickering in her eyes.
"Are you okay?" she whispers, her forehead resting gently against Aira's, their breaths mingling in the small space between them.
Aira's eyes flutter open, and she lets out a quiet shush. "Shh..." she whispers back, her voice thick with desire. The words send a shockwave through Miki, making her feel like her skin is on fire despite the cool air circulating around them.
But just as they're about to lose themselves again, Miki's phone starts ringing, the sound loud and obnoxious in the otherwise quiet car. They both pull back, startled, and Miki groans in frustration. She reaches over to the passenger seat, where her phone is buzzing. Chase's name flashes on the screen, and for a moment, Miki considers answering it.
Instead, she tosses the phone into the backseat, her lips curving into a small smile as Aira laughs softly beside her. "Hindi mo sasagutin?" Aira asks, her voice playful.
Miki shakes her head, her hand reaching up to gently caress Aira's cheek. "Chase can wait," she murmurs before leaning in for another kiss, this time slower, savoring the moment.
