A year has now passed since Hong Kong, Godzilla is back from his injuries and continues his duty of protecting others and keeping the other Titans in check. But a year before that, a man by the name of Raymond Martin tried to kill the fauna in the Hollow Earth with a mechanical machine called the Titan Hunter, he attempted to kill Kong but he's plans were ultimately foiled and the hunter was killed by two Spineprowler twins named Bastet and Maahes. Martin had set up nuclear decoys to distracted Godzilla so that he wouldn't hunt him down all the meanwhile Godzilla had to deal with a Titan that was causing trouble, but he was able to defeat it. But behind the scenes the R.M Construction company was not over as they found a new boss, a boss that was old friends with Martin and wanted to pay back for his friend's death. His name is Jackson Hunter a well respected member of the R.M company, he wore a red and white suit with round sunglasses that covered his eyes. He was Raymond's old friends and when he heard that he was killed in the Hollow Earth, he wanted to get revenge for his friend. Jackson is know better as the hell hunter as he loved to hunt animals that he considered beasts from hell.

Jackson: Alright now that I'm the new boss, what ideas do any of you have so we can kill Godzilla and the other Titans?
Work member 1: Well could replicate the oxygen destroyer from 2019.
Jackson: Are you a moron? If we do that then we'll cause even more damage and it won't even kill Godzilla, all it will do is weaken him again. Anyone else?
Work member 2: Well we could find a Titan that's in hibernation, awaken it and make it kill Godzilla. But if that doesn't we can make a device that will put it under mind control and build another mecha like the Titan Hunter but more bigger, stronger, and capable of killing Godzilla like what Apex attempted with Mechagodzilla.
Jackson: Genius idea, everyone start building that device and mecha I want this plan to be perfect if we want to kill Godzilla.
Everyone then got to work by making the schematics of the mind control device and the new mecha, Jackson looked out of the office window and smirked evilly as he looked at an old picture of him and Raymond when they killed a Sker Buffalo on a illegal journey in Skull Island.
Jackson: Soon old friend, I'll make sure to make your dream of killing the Titans true. Nothing can stop Operation Atomic Storm and no one can stop me, not even Godzilla himself. Soon everyone will hear the name of the hell hunter.
Jackson laughed evilly as the plan seemed too perfect, but unbeknownst to him there was something that would stop him other than Godzilla. A group of humans well known at Monarch, including one human that helped Godzilla in San Francisco. That man would be Ford Brody.
