Part 8- Friendship

"One of life's sweetest things - A true friend"

Time to talk about friendship I guess...

YESSSSS

You see, there's a difference between a friend and a true friend, also the fakes

A friend can be there when you need them, but not always through your darkest moments.True friends are there for you, no matter what. Come what may, come what might....A true friend will always have you in their sights (They're always looking out for you, even when you think you don't need it)

Then there are best friends, the best of friends. Not all best friends might be true friends though...betrayals by best friends are the worst.

Take what Harlequin said for example, "It's not the stab in the back that kills you, it's when you turn back and see who's holding the knife", truer words have never been spoken...

ANYWAYS, with all that don't forget that friendship isn't all cupcakes and sunshine. It can be a pretty rocky road where there will be a lot of personality clashes, petty disagreements and basic misconceptions and misunderstandings...Trust me, I've been there 💔

Sometimes, the road to friendship isn't always smooth but it's not about the destination...It's about the journey!

Through all those disagreement and clashes, there's a foundation lain. That foundation is what builds your friendship to greater heights, and that's by how well you handle your disagreements and getting through them together.

At the same time, don't become the push over friends that's blamed for everything just to ease the drama. Even if it might cause a rift...STAND YOUR GROUND

Let them know when they've crossed the line; boundaries. Friends are also supposed to respect and love one another so where there is mutual respect, mutual trust is built

And lastly, even when y'all grow older, your friendship will live on and this is based on how solid your foundation is. No matter how old you get, wherever you go, your friends will always feel like home ( Cause at this point, we be family 😌💕✨)
