- But why Vale? I thought you hated it there - Daena was confused. She knew for a fact her father didn't like Vale, nor her mother, so she had no clue why would they leave for Vale.

- For how long? - Daena was always smart. And she knew that her father would never live in Vale for too long.
- A month perhaps - Daemon wasn't sure about living in Vale for long. He didn't like the weather there and it was boring there. On which Daena agreed too.
- But .. - Daena hesitated. If they leave she wouldn't have anyone to spent time with.

- Hm - Daena knew that her father would not trust everyone, so his proposal seemed strange for her.

- And you will trust him? - Daena asked, her facial expressions confused.
- I will - he answered.
- Who do you think it will be? - she asked him. She knew for a fact it would be someone as strong as him, if not even better.
- It has to be the strongest night in the Seven Kingdoms - Daemon said finally.
- So Ser Harwin Strong? - Daena was getting a little bit excited, because if she was honest, she had a thing for that particular knight.

After awhile Daena was with her cousin Rhaenyra, the girls were close since the day they could walk.
- will you leave with uncle Daemon? - asked Rhaenyra looking at her cousin. Rhaenyra didn't want Daena to leave. Daena was the only person Rhaenyra trusted with life.
