Yep, Kyle has mutant powers but he's unaware of it, he's somewhat similar to Null but he kinda has superhero-like Powers some you might know and some are unique to him, here's the list.
Super Speed: Kyle can runs fast thanks to his blue paws.
Flight: Kyle can fly because his feelers can act like propellers.
Super Strength: Kyle can break rocks, metal and other hard materials, he can also lift and throw very far.
Stretchiness: Kyle can stretch his body as long as he wants.
Teleportation: Kyle can teleport to anywhere he wants.
Shapeshifting: Kyle can shapeshift into ANYTHING! Pokemon, objects, other creatures, you name it!
Fire Manipulation (or Pyrokinesis): Kyle can generate fire, use fire-type attacks and other fire abilities such as spitting out fireballs.
Ice Manipulation (or Cryokinesis): Kyle can generate blizzards, snow balls, use ice-based moves and make it snow.
Liquid Transformation (or Liquidation): Kyle can turn into any form of liquid (which to similar to Null's power to turn into slime because he's a slime Sylveon).
Kyle's genderbend counterpart has the same Powers as him
