Wait On Me

Nova POV:

Emilia:Stop sulking Nova

I heard my mom say from the front seat of the car.

Nova:You expect me to be happy right now mom?

I said back to her with anger visible in my tone

Emilia:it's for the sake of the family Nova,I won't tolerate this kind of behaviour from you.

my mom said staring at me.

Nova:I don't wanna get married to someone I do not know mom.
Emilia:well it is happening whether you like it or not.

I felt defeated and continued to sit in silence and chose to look out the cars window. The view was astounding,we drove on a one way road that led up a mountain. On one side of the window ,u could see the sea collide into the rocks and on the other side was a huge mountain rock. We finally reached a vast estate. The building was breathtaking to take in all at once. My father proceeded to climb out of the car and opened the door for my mom.

Hans:get out of the car Nova.

I obeyed his order and got out of the car. We were greated by a men dressed in a tuxedo who appeared to be the butler awaiting our arrival.

Butler:this way pls.

The huge doors seemed to have opened magically and he led us straight to a room right down the corridor.
