Birds,
Their feathers dance in the sky of blue.
Their wings glide as they fly over fields of trees.
They land on the branches of trees big and small,
Creating nests to hold the little ones.
Oh how beautiful they are.
They are the skies guardians,
Protecting their home from scary beasts
They have grown scared.
Horrendous creatures that stand tall,
With hands and feet,
Have killed these magnificent birds.
They fear.
They flee.
They want to see their old home,
Their home that's full of green,
Their home that has no invisible walls
Their home that has no fast moving cars
Their home with no weird wires going far.
Birds,
They just want to be free.
