𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝙈𝙘𝙇𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙞𝙣, an actress best known for her role as Luna Sinclair on the television show Stranger Things along with her older brother, Caleb McLaughlin. Aria has loved acting since she was little, so being on the show was a dream for her, well before she realised the consequences for having as much fame as she did. At first, Aria thought that the media wasn't cruel, but in her defense, when she thought this, she was thirteen. At that age, Aria didn't think people could be so cruel to other people, well, that was until it happened to her.

So, to explain, Aria had became close friends with her co-star, Finn Wolfhard when they first started filming Stranger Things, and they both became even closer when they both got casted in Stephen King's IT together. After seeing interviews of the two together, their fans started shipping them together and had thought that the two were in a relationship together. Obviously, Finn and Aria both got confused on why people had thought they were together since they had never mentioned anything about a relationship. When the rumors first started, the two had decided to just ignore them and carry on being friends, but after the two started getting death threats from fans because of the rumors, the two had decided it be better if they had a little distance in their friendship. To this day, the two are still friends but their sadly just not as close as they used to and wished to be.

At the time of the rumors, Aria had became friends with her neighbour, Olivia Stephenson. Their friendship had started when Olivia's parents were going away for the weekend, so Aria's parents had offered to take care of Olivia while they were away. At this time, Aria and Olivia weren't really close but they knew of each other, but after Olivia had stayed for the weekend, Aria and Olivia had finished the weekend being best friends. The two are like Jake Peralta and Charles Boyle. When they were around each other, the two were complete idiots who love each other endlessly. Olivia and Aria are always there for each other whenever they need each other. When Olivia had wanted to start a YouTube channel, Aria did whatever she could to help her best friend to help her dreams become reality and whenever Olivia needed somewhere to stay when her parents are away, Aria would be the first to offer a place for her. Olivia had also been there for Aria countless of times, whether it'd be whenever the hate on the media got too much for Aria, when Aria had to distance herself from Finn because of so called fans or when Aria was in a toxic relationship with her now ex-boyfriend.

Aria McLaughlin and Oliver Sampson were in a relationship for eight months, and while eight months isn't long, it was long enough to give Aria fears of being in another relationship. Oliver was known to be a very charming person, which Aria admits now that she should of seen as a red flag, but at the time it made her quickly fall for him. The first few weeks of their relationship was perfect but then it changed very quickly. Whenever a girl flirted with him, Oliver always brought it up to Aria saying "I could of gotten with her, but since I'm so loyal to you, I didn't"; whenever they argued, Aria would always have to be the one to apologise, even if she was in the right and Aria always felt like she was always doing something wrong. It wasn't until a few months later when Aria eventually broke up with Oliver after she found out that she had been cheating on him. After their relationship was over, Aria was terrified of having another relationship because she was scared of another person treating her the way that Oliver did.
