I swear that I wasn't looking for much, but that's just when you happened

I swear that I wasn't looking for much, but that's just when you happened. That's right when you happened. Got so damn close to packing it up, but that's just when you happened. And then you happened. Packing It Up / Gracie Abrams

Starlet Graves was born with guilt.

Guilt for having been brought in this world. Guilt to those who've had to deal with her, and guilt for her mother. That she had to raise Starlet, just for her to become a stupid poet that only wrote about her sorrows. But that's all the girl knew to do. Write about her feelings for others and things on paper instead of saying it aloud. Afraid of what others might say, or think.

But Starlets guilt only grew stronger and stronger. Guilt for her best friends that had ran away because of those she called friends playing a 'prank' on them. Driving them to death, and nearly her too. So when her boyfriend invites her back to the house where all her troubles lay it all comes back to haunt her.

The wind in her hair as she looked for her best friend's. Snow in between her converse, the cold air making her cheeks burn. And the burn in her heart as she watched them fall to their death. Wanting to join them. Wanting to make the guilt disappear finally.
