The Montgomery twins.
Everyone in school knows about them.
Identical - charismatic and charming. Standing at an impressive 6'4, dark brown hair, and cobalt blue eyes. I remember when they first transferred to this tiny town, elementary school; fourth grade. They sat next each other and only spoke to each other in their mother tongue - Russian.
They threw a fit if teachers pulled them apart or separated them in different classes. I just heard of not seen. All through the years you would hear that they had started a fight, or Niko slept with three girls at once, or Vlad was almost kicked off the football team. Rumors - no one knows if the comments are true.
They are always together. Them against the world.
They have friends - pretty sure they aren't close though. People never match the name to the face. Too identical, they even wear the same outfits. However, they have small, insignificant, differences. Niko runs his hand through his hair when he is uncomfortable while Vlad rubs the back of his neck. Whereas Vlad taps his foot, Niko tapes his pencil. Similar gestures. But not the same.

I flipped a page of my history II textbook waiting for my friends to show their faces. Sitting on one of the benches on the school's front lawn.
'Bunny!' - a loud feminine yell had me snapping my neck in said direction. There she was in all her bombshell glory - Tessa. Beautiful blonde hair that cascaded down her back, long tanned toned legs that contributed to her 5'9 height. Her onyx-colored eyes masked behind sunglasses to filter out the sun.
'Bitches!' - came another boisterous sound. Entering my line of sight is Zayne - my GBF - his words not mine. His dark hair cropped short, a blue and orange plaid button up shirt and semi bright blue jeans covered his 5'11 body. The colors made his rich ebony skin glow. The golden hue of his glasses and the smile on his face can make anyone feel empowered and bewitched.
But the only thing I cared about was that white cup Zayne was carrying in his hand.
I held out my hand and said, 'Give me.' Once Zayne reached me, he rolled his eyes and handed me the cup.
Tessa sighed, 'Remember what we were taught in elementary school?', she questioned before flipping down gracefully beside me.
'Coffee is the gate way -'
'Jinks!'
'JINKS!'
Tessa and Zayne said and called out at the same time. Staring each other down hoping the other would yield. Which is never going to happen. I got up, stuffed my crap back into my bag and walked off towards the school doors right as the bell rang. Leaving the two to run and yell curses at me.
