Backstory: Kael was born on one of the industrial moons, raised in the chaotic atmosphere of a mining town. His father was a ship mechanic, and Kael grew up learning how to fix just about anything with an engine. His mother died while giving birth to him, leaving him with a troubled childhood, surrounded by crime and corruption.

In his late teens, after his father's death due to an explosion on one of the ships he was working on. Kael became involved with a smuggling ring, using his skills as a mechanic to modify ships for illegal purposes. This lucrative life ended when a job went wrong, and Kael was forced to go on the run after betraying his former crew to avoid a life sentence. His past haunts him, as remnants of the smuggling ring are still after him, seeking revenge.

Now, Kael works as a bounty hunter, trying to stay one step ahead of his enemies. His work allows him to stay on the move, though he never stays in one place too long for fear of being found. He's constantly on the run, both from the authorities and his own demons.
