"GO AWAY!" The voice screeches so loud that taehyung's hand make its way to cover up her ears, shut closing her eyes before a voice echoes in her mind.

"Taehyung!" The echo reduces down with each call.

"Taehyung!!" And finally her eyes open, finding jungkook's worried gaze on her as he held her face.

Her hands feels the soft grass beneath her, and she takes in the fact that she way laying on ground.

"How did-" she tries to let out complete words but can't.

And before she knew, she was pulled onto a hug, her cheeks feeling jungkook's chest as her ears rested against his heart, feeling it.

The embrace, the warm embrace had her put her arms around him as she let him hold her while his hurried heartbeats somehow calmed her.

"You worried me."

"I thought sh-" his mouth slips but he covers it up," i thought- you were hurt"

And right at the moment, the 'rumour' that the people were talking about in the living room, the 'rumour' jungkook and hannah were talking about, and the 'rumour' many people believe might not be just a rumour.

That night, jungkook didn't speak further, he rather dropped her home as she requested, bidding bye with a 'sleep well'.

Jungkook sometimes acts bipolar. Gives mixed signals but why? And why does it feels too real?

More than that, she knew the thing to prioritize was to finally confront all the things happening to her to someone.

That someone being Jimin.

As she finally went on and on about the 'rumour' she heard about and the strange dreams of a woman, jimin took in all the information, just as serious as her.

Taehyung's breathe gets ragged, "Jimin, i dont know if this is dream or not but- this is scary and i dont know what to do anymore" she cries out, jimin embraces her when he sees her tearing up.

"Calm down" he softly pats her head as she hugs back, trying to calm down.

"Please don't freak out but, this rumour was solidified due to the generational death of the first wife of the owner to jeon's business. I dont know how much of truth it has but it is rumoured to be happening since a long time and that its because of a woman, said to be protecting the family from potential dangers or threat." He explains.

"B-but me?"

Jimin still holds her in his embrace, "And i dont know if it's a coincidence but jingkook is the owner of jeon's business. And you are going to be his first wife."

"Though i really dont believe in this type of rumours, i-" Jimin sighs, unable to find eight words, " i dont know, tae."

"We can visit a priest if you want"

"No, this isn't the truth. I can feel it. There's something deeper than this."

"If you insist." He nods.

There was a moment of silence before jimin spoke up

"So this was what making you distant, and keeping u occupied?"

Taehyung looks up at him, battling whether to tell him or not but hey, he's her bestfriend and has known every secret,

Gradually but surely, she tells him the whole story, "-then he walked away" she glances up at Jimin to find his mouth wide open, his eyes comically wide.

"Did-did it hurt?" He asks, out of nowhere.

"What- No?" Taehyung answers.

And to her surprise Jimin squeals, shaking her violently.
