As I sat down to eat lunch I caught myself staring at him.

His black hair and dark brown eyes were addicting to look at.

I think he noticed because he looked at me and smiled.

No way.

I can't go to class knowing that my seatmate caught me admiring him,

But my grades matter more so I have no choice but to go to class.

As I thought about what I should say to him when he asked about it, a girl sat down with me.

I stood up from excitement when I saw who it was.

It was my best friend from my old school.

I guess she convinced her parents to move here with her.

"Who's that?" She asked pointing at my really, REALLY handsome seatmate.

"Oh, he's nobody" I answered, I was trying so hard to change the subject but Carly is naturally stubborn.

"If he's nobody, then why did I catch my best friend, the girl who says she
hates boys, daydreaming about him?"

Well, I wasn't really 'daydreaming' about him.He just looked really handsome right now.
I mean who cannot stare at him.

                                                                                                      ~______~

As started walking to my seat, I saw my seatmate having a huge smile across his face and..... Waving at me?

Oh no.

I think he knows.

To late to back down, so I sat down anxiously waiting for him to ask the question.

But to my surprise he said "Hi my names Sam and you are?"

Phew. He started with something casual.

"Oh, um, my name's Lilian but you can call me Anne."

"Soooo, Anne would you want to maybe audition for the mean girls musical later? I know you would be perfect to be a character"

"So this whole chat was just some advertising? But I will consider it'' after I said that Sam had the biggest smile that I had ever seen.

''But you have to go audition with me'' I said smirking.

''Who could I even audition for?'' he asked ''Aaron Samuels, you would be a great fit for him''

''Fine'' after he said that I smiled wide, because even if I fail we fail together.

After this chat I knew that me and Sam would be good friends.

Or maybe something more?
