Fire and ice don't mix.
Or do they?

• Fire element Jisung
• Ice element MinhoIt felt like any other day for Jisung. Sat at the back of the class, getting whispers and stares from people he doesn't even know, which he returns with either attitude or shouting at them to stop/turn around, which then returns in him getting told to stand outside for a moment to 'cool down'. Which was pretty much impossible, since Jisung was literally never cool.
He hated it.
Being constantly at a state of heat and anger.
His skin was always itchy and hot, his cheeks always a fire-red colour, going to first-aid at least two or three times a day to ask for an ice-pack, which never even worked since they always seemed to melt as soon as he placed one on his cheek.
His best friends, Felix and Hyunjin were nature elements, so they weren't much help. Even though they always wished there was something they could do, Jisung just dismissed them. There were many ice elemented people scattered around the school which could help him, but not any of them dared to step foot within five meters of Jisung, afraid they'd literally melt away. Which was stupid, why would Jisung even want to hurt them? It's not like he can control his tempter, he only explodes (metaphorically, of course) when someone agitates him.
Which, I guess, is a lot...
Anyway!
Jisung enters back to his classroom after taking a few minutes outside to 'cool down' after lashing out at a few boys in his class from firing mean comments at him.
They knew Jisung would react the way he did, which is why the did it. Jisung knew that, but he just wished he could control his tempter.
He sat back down, shoving his chair backwards and slamming his body back down rather harshly, gaining a few side-eyes and snickers to come his way. Which earned in them receiving the middle-finger.
His teacher just sighed, knowing Jisung wouldn't care any less if he told him off. He's pretty much given up on the fire boy by now.
After another few moments of painful silence due to their teacher setting the class off on a task, there was a knock on the door. Some students, including Jisung, perked up at the sound, as others just kept on with their work, assuming it was just a teacher checking in on them (or rather Jisung) like usual.
"Ah! That reminds me!" The teacher spoke, now gaining the attention from the unbothered students. Now that the teacher had the whole classes attention, he carried on, "we have a new student joining us! He was meant to start a few months ago at the start of the year, but there was some delays. Please come in!" He spoke more loudly at the end so that the person outside could hear.
In came a boy, rather tall, with sharp and defined features. He had well sculptured eyebrows, sharp nose and eyes, soft, plump lips, and a defined jawline. This man was actually perfect. Jisung felt frozen. He doesn't think he's met someone quite as beautiful as this man (except his best friend, Hyunjin, of course. But even them, he didn't feel quite the same attraction towards him as he did for this boy).
Whispers erupted through the classroom at the sight of the new kids visuals and Jisung felt a little lonely. He wished he had someone in this class to talk to about this. And, even if he wanted to talk to his friends about it later, they'd probably call him obsessive and over-exaggerated.
