What is this feeling....

The illuminating star that brightens the world finally set.

Leaving on remnants of light to be seen in the night sky.

I stood there gazing at the night sky.

*Whoosh...*

The passing wind comforted my cheeks, sending a slight shiver down my spine.

My legs suspended in the air trembled.

As I gathered my bearings, the city nightscape came into my line of sight

Countless lights dancing brightly.

Countless people dancing joyously along side.

For a moment, I felt a wave of emotion and stared blankly at the sight, imprinting it upon my mind.

This scenery would be my last.

Thinking that way, I felt strange, nervous even.

But I must be mistaken.

Emotions like that had long disappeared.

I lowered my head and looked at my feet

The vast empty space looked back at me, as if it's mocking me.

'If I fell from here...'

A 40-story high-ride building.

Despite coming to this type of place for the first time, strangely my heart felt numb.

No, it was comforting.

"It'll be over..."

A sense of relief came over me.

Stumbling for a moment at the high scenery, I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

Memories of the past suddenly came like a waterfall making me tremble slightly.

A knife sharpen to it's limit, emitting a sense of fear... A sense of dread.

Not knowing emotions.

Having no ego.

Only a doll that follows the words of others.

It was my own father that pushed me into that kind of life.

A world famous swordsman. Anybody in the field would have known about him.

And as he's son, he would want him to be the top as well. It was coming for parents to wish for something like that.
