Hello, I'm Holly and I'm sixteen years old. I have always loved kids since I was younger. Since I'm sixteen now I'm able to fulfill my dream of working with children, but the first job I ever took as a babysitter was not babysitting a child, but I'm babysitting a seventeen-year-old guy. I know weird why does a seventeen-year-old need babysat? I'm literally younger than him so I think it's kinda weird, but money is money and they pay good money.

I would usually turn certain gigs down if they didn't pay me how I would like them to because im not getting payed less than my work is worth. That's called a waste of my time. I'm not too sure why these people are paying me way more than they should be paying me, but hey I'm not complaining. Bag is bag.

So my original plan was to leave to go babysit this guy after I ate dinner, but my mom decided not to cook tonight, so that plan is most definitely changing. I'm just gonna head out now because I see no point in waiting around doing nothing.

As I was walking down the stairs to leave I see my mom and she says, "Hey sweetie where are you heading off to?" I told her where I was going earlier I'm guessing she just forgot she's forgetful sometimes. I replied, "I'm going to go babysit that guy mom remember I told you earlier?" Right after I finished my sentence her look changed almost immediately. Her expression went from confused to a look that reminded her of something she had forgotten. She then said, "Ohh right sorry honey I forgot you already told me." We both laughed a little and I kept walking.

As I was going to grab the door knob to open the front door my mother then said, "Sorry I'm not cooking tonight me and your father are going out tonight" I just smiled at her and walked out. I didn't want her to worry too much about something silly. After all she doesn't have to cook every night.

On my way to the guys house I seen a homeless guy on the side of the sidewalk asking anyone and everyone he could for any spare money they might be carrying on them, so I bent down and put money in his pale white cup he was holding up. I personally feel really bad for people who suffer through homelessness, but sometimes people do that to themselves, so I try not to think much about it. I just give them a bit of cash and move on with my day.

I arrived at the guys house not even fifteen minutes later and holy it was huge. His house looks beautiful at first glance. It was a three story modern brick house with many plants planted in the garden. It also has a huge fountain out front. It looked like something out of the movies and I now understand why they're paying me a LOT of money for a simple job.

I walked up to the front door which was also huge, or should I say doors because there wasn't one, but two front doors. These people weren't just rich. They were very rich. I don't even know how I managed to get booked with these people, but I'm definitely not gonna start complaining. Imagine all the amazing snacks they have here. Sorry about that I think about food a lot..

I knocked on the front door(s) and awaited a response. I was waiting outside for probably about two minutes when I heard a person on the other side of the door and then a click from the door unlocking. In my head I was thinking, "here we go I'm meeting the parents of the guy" and then I see who opened the front door. It was no other than the guy I was supposed to be babysitting, Jason..

                        Stay tuned for chapter 2.

*im not sure if this sucks or not so tell me in the comments on this so I don't waste my time thanks!*
