The raindrops trickled down my window,
Finally, winter is near,
The closing months to a new year,
Just what I need,
A new year.

I stared across the shaded green grass, my body submerging itself in its dirt.
I sighed and undressed.

The water looks so tempting- I guess it couldn't hurt.

I fell deep into the water, my thoughts slowly becoming faint fatalities. Peace.

"The fuck do you think you're doing girl,  this isn't a spot for you to selfishly claim a death bed!".

The stranger exclaimed , the rain sticking to his chest and his face, sparkling like stars to the night sky.

I didn't know what had happened but something did- I was somehow back on the grass.

I awoke to , "who burnt you out?"

I stared into his eyes as he stroked the side of my face - beautiful. He looked like the blissful northern lights.

We didn't say anything - just stared, his lips slowly edging closer to mine , then -  a heatwave swept me.

The kiss went on, and on , the heat lingered and my heart was slowing. We took ourselves apart before he smirked and helped me up.

"Darius".

"Aurelia"

He smirked again.. " well Aurelia, my homes not too far from here, let's get you cleaned up shall we?". My legs tightened, and my teeth met my lips.

"Don't do that , I can't stand it if you do that..".

Maybe in the end..i needed a different type of peace.
