"CHAPTER 19" fasting for him

It's been a few days to their marriage. They had not talked or encounter each other after that night scene.Both of them avoid each other because of embarrassment and awkwardness.

Avyansh was again back to his work routine and Ipshita tried to adjust in her new life with her new family. Everyone in the family were sweet and good to her. She would laugh and talk random with them but still a little fear was there in her heart, a fear that Vihaan, her ex fiance will come back to take her, he will again do all those things that she feared. Whenever she think of him , her heart would pound in her chest. She still can't overcome her trauma, those faded marks were still present on her body. The most important question that always arise in yer mind us that why he wasn't present in the wedding?? Where he went?? The Little more she know, Vihaan was a toxic man, obsessive for her, he would do anything to make her his but now getting the sudden shock that he flew from the wedding without marrying her was too much. Somewhere she felt peace too that now he was away from her, she would live her life happily with her new family and a husband!!....

Just like every normal day,it was another day in ipshita's peaceful yet rollar coaster life but with a little twist. Today the ladies of the house were sitting in the second living area of the house!! Yess, second living area!! obvsly they are billionaire soo yeahh having more than one living area is normal to them.

All the ladies were laughing and talking about tomorrow.... tomorrow?? Soo actually tomorrow is an auspicious day for married couples especially the newly wedded ones.

Tomorrow is karwa chauth, on this day the married women's keep nirjala vrat for their husband's long life and prosperity. Neither they eat anything nor they drink except early morning. In the early morning they wake up at 4 o clock and have sargi and then keep the fast and then at night broke it by seeing their husband.

(Anyways back to the story.)

So ipshita was sitting beside her mother-in-law having some snacks while listening to her talks.

"Tomorrow's karwa chauth, soo everyone wake up before 4 and come downstairs to have sargi, Understand??"

Everyone means his Chachi, cousin sister and 2 more ladies were present there. Ipshita looked down while lost in her thoughts. His mother saw her and gently patted her shoulder making her look at her.

"Tum vrat rakhogi na beta??"

She asked ipshita, ipshita looked at her and then at her lap. She couldn't utter any word, her heart pounded in her chest.

"It's your first karwa chauth after marriage!! I'm sure you'll do fast for my son's long life!!"

She again said and sweetly caress her cheeks in motherly way, ipshita looked at her and then at the hand, she Couldn't say no to her sweet mother in law. Nodding her head slowly yet hesitatingly, she muttered,

"I.. I'll do the fast!!"

As she said this, his mother cheered in happiness and side hugged her and kissed her forehead lovingly. Ipshita had tears in her eyes seeing the immense love of her mother-in-law for her.

"Areyy beta?? Why you crying?? Tell me wht happen?? Did he said something to you??"

She panicked seeing the tears, looking at her being in panick just seeing her teary eyes, ipshita chuckled and shook her head.

"I..... it's just I...I never imagined I'm my whole Life to get such a sweet and Caring mother-in-law."

Ipshita uttered with a small smile making the lady in front of her to smile too. She slowly caress her hairs and said.

"You know, I always wanted a daughter but never got one soo I promised myself to always treat my future daughter in-law as my own daughter, and getting one really made me too Happy abd excited!!"
