JASMINE POV

Moving is pain trust me guys. Moving from one house to another is okay but moving from a state to another?? Hard asl. Unfortunately for me however I'm moving alone. I was supposed to move in with the help of my friend but she has some work she needs to finish up in Texas and hopefully shell be here in the next like three weeks.

A little about me, my name is Jasmine Nakai King, I'm 23, a lesbian and I'm a model/influencer, I know influencers have a bad rep but I'm not that bad I promise 😂. I'm from Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic. I have no siblings and my mom passed a few years ago so it's just me, my dad and my best friend basically.

The house is already semi-furnished so we just have to move our stuff in then were good to go.

As I'm walking to my car to get the last box of my stuff out of it I see one fine ass girl walking over to me, she looks kind of familiar ngl but I can't place it, it's kinda like when you see an actor/actress on TV but can't place where you've seen them? Yeah it's like that.

I notice that she's getting closer, which actually makes me kind nervous. Am I the only one that gets nervous when a pretty girl walks towards me? No? Okay...

'hi, welcome to the neighborhood', pretty girl said to me.

'hello, thanks, it seems pretty for the most part but is mostly quiet. Is it always like this lol?'

She laughs and my gosh is that a lovely sound, I think I want to make her laugh forever now though.

'it's quiet yeah but its only cause this place is kinda quiet I there's only like 7 people on this street right now tbh'. She says

'Oh wow that's actually really small' I reply, 'why exactly?'

Ì have no idea to be honest, I think cause its summer so everyone is on vacation and shit 'she replies

'that actually sounds really good tbh cause this weather is not it!'

'rightttt, I would kill for a dip in a pool right now.'

'I get what you mean though, but don't you have a poo in your backyard though, I thought all the houses did tbh'.

'no I do but mine is dirty rn, I haven't had it cleaned in weeks, please don't judge me' she says laughing at the end

'Oh hell no love, I don't judge for shit like that, you can use mine whenever you want'

'oh my gosh that sounds amazing, can I bring over my daughter and friend though?

'you have a daughter?' I ask

'um yeah, what about it?' she says mean mugging me

The switch up is crazy cause I didn't even say anything tbh, did I look at her weird, say something wrong, I'm speechless?

'no, nothing, sorry did I say something wrong?' I ask because I'm so confused at what happened rn.

'oh so we lying now?' she says still mugging me, I have not been this confused since high school.

'no? I honestly have no idea?' I say in confusion

'you know what? imma leave and go check up on my child, thank you very much!' she says walking off

... women confuse the hell out of me bro. I brush it off and put it at the back of my mind and carry the last box inside my car, I need to tell Mia about this bro, she's gonna have field day. Mystery lady was fine asf too.

currently in the process of re-writing cause idk if it was just me but this book was ass😭😭

hopefully I'll start updating soon and i have a new book idea so well see how that goes
