Physical Appearance: Luocha is a short, slender man with long blond hair, fair skin, and green eyes. He wears a black turtleneck with a white coat embellished with green and golden accents, as well as a long green scarf tied around his left forearm. He wears white pants and black boots with gold buttons and black soles.

Personality: Luocha has a very snooty, stuck-up personality. He gets offended easily and has no filter for his words. He will gracefully insult or call out someone over minor mistakes. He speaks elegantly with a heavy Russian accent, prone to bad mood swings and annoyance. Despite this, people around him are blinded by his outward perfection and fail to see his horrible personality.
Backstory: Luocha was born into Russian royalty, the youngest twin, with his brother Otto favored by their parents due to Otto's godly status, while Luocha was seen as a runt. At six, it was discovered that Luocha was the God of Perfection, but his parents continued to love Otto more, deeming his powers superior. Luocha grew to despise Otto, who constantly mocked him for his aversion to dirt and physical tasks, calling him a "lady." As their relationship worsened, Otto's bullying pushed Luocha to the edge. During their teenage years, Luocha tricked Otto into a confrontation by a cliff, where a vicious fight broke out. When Otto cruelly taunted him, Luocha snapped and fatally pushed his brother off the cliff. Luocha later lied, claiming the Chinese army was responsible for Otto's death, fabricating a story that led to war between Russia and China. With his lie believed due to his godly status, Luocha ascended to the throne, hiding the truth of his actions.
