(the match)

The college was a lot more energetic than any other days today. Today was a special day. Today was the annual sports event finale. With more than twenty colleges participating in the event and only two colleges making it to the finale. Your college also made it in the basketball finale.

You were the leader of the basketball club of your college and you had been practicing for the event for more than three months. Giving your best in each match and after winning each basketball match, you were finally at the finale. But the opponents this time were not some cup of tea. Their team were leading and your one was two points behind. The pressure all on your shoulder as the last chance to win was in your hands.

Yn! Yn! Yn! Yn!... You can do this!

The whole college chanted for you. You were at the brink of losing. Your body paining.

The basketball in your hands was shaking. Two points more to make your team win but the opponents this time were quite strong than you expected them to be.

"IF YOU WIN PROFESSOR JEON WILL CONFESS TO YOU!!"

Someone from the crowd shouted their lungs out. You knew who that someone was- Kim Taehyung, your bestfriend.

"WhAT DId YOU SaId?!" Another scream was heard from the crowd and it was obviously from your dear professor Jeon. The scream itself was telling he was flustered.

"HE SAID HE'LL DO IT!" Taehyung shouted again. There was a sudden course of energy in your body as the whole college now cheered 'PROFESSOR JEON' instead of your name.

PROFESSOR JEON! PROFESSOR JEON! PROFESSOR JEON...

You looked at the crowd hyping you and passed them a smirk along with flying kiss, "FOR YOU PROFESSOR JEON!" You screamed out and jumped with the basketball raised high in your hands, throwing it towards the loop.

The ball did a ballerina twirl along the loop, making everyone heart beating faster. The opponents rushed to not let the ball fall through the hoop and your team rushed to not let them do so.

"BLUE FIRE is rushing to make their another win but this time their opponents RED BEAST are also not in the mood to lose. These are two teams who haven't lost a single match in their history but now one of them is going to break the chain today in this college!" The commentary goes on but your eyes were focused on the ball which was still twirling around the hoop, not sinking down an inch.

Your team rushed to save the ball and so did the opponents to not let it happen.

"Yoongi, it's on you now!" You shouted at him as he ran along with you.

"Got it captain!" Yoongi screamed back as he rushed towards the hoop. The members of the opponent team rushed to stop yoongi.

"Great!" You muttered under your breath as a smirk crept on your lips before you signalled something to Jin.

Jin nodded and rushed towards the hoop while the others were distracted by yoongi.

Jin jumped high and slammed the ball down the hoop. The ball crashed on the floor with a loud thud after passing through the hoop and your team finally won the match.

Another win of BLUE FIRE!

The crowd went insane as they cheered your name at the top of their lungs.

The whole team collected around to hug eachother as the opponents also congratulated your team.

But right now, you were more interested in something.

Taehyung jumped out from the audience section into the basketball court and gave you a big hug.
