The next morning comes far too quickly. The sky outside is overcast, casting Avengers headquarters in a muted gray light that perfectly matches your mood. You hadn't slept well—your dreams haunted by Loki's voice, his touch, and the endless pull he has over you. Every time you think you've wrestled control of your thoughts, he slips back in like a shadow that refuses to be chased away by the light.

When you arrive at the briefing room, the Avengers are already gathered around the central table, their expressions a mix of concentration and tension. Tony taps furiously at a holographic screen, Bruce runs calculations on some energy signature, and Steve is in a quiet but urgent discussion with Natasha.

"Glad you could join us," Tony mutters without looking up, his tone clipped. "We've got new intel."

You swallow the sting of his words and take your place beside Thor, who gives you a reassuring nod. No one says it outright, but you can feel it—everyone is on edge because of you. They're afraid of what Loki's obsession means, how far he's already reached into your mind. And they have every right to be.

"What did you find?" you ask, trying to focus on the task at hand, even as the weight of Loki's presence lingers at the back of your mind.

Tony swipes a hand across the screen, and several images appear in the air above the table—schematics, maps, and readings you can't immediately make sense of.

"We've been tracking Loki's movements since the village," Tony explains. "Turns out he's been more than busy. We've identified at least three locations where his followers have been spotted—one in Russia, one in Turkey, and one in Germany. All connected to some kind of underground network, possibly trafficking in weapons or technology."

Bruce taps one of the images, zooming in on a graph. "This is where things get interesting. We've detected fluctuations in the local energy fields around each of these sites. It's similar to what we've seen before—Tesseract-level, maybe worse."

The mention of the Tesseract makes your blood run cold. The last time Loki wielded its power, he nearly destroyed New York, and the Avengers barely stopped him. If he's after something even more dangerous this time...

"We think he's after something bigger," Bruce continues, his tone grave. "A device, maybe. Something that can harness massive amounts of energy. If Loki gets his hands on it, he could potentially warp reality on a global scale."

The room falls silent as Bruce's words sink in. Loki's plan isn't just about control or conquest—it's about reshaping the world itself. And with your connection to him, you're certain he wants you to be part of that vision. A co-architect of the new world he intends to create.

"I've been in contact with some old friends in SHIELD," Natasha breaks the silence. "They're mobilizing to gather more intel on these sites, but it'll take time."

"We don't have time," Steve says, his voice hard. "If Loki gets to this device before we do, it's game over."

"That's why we're splitting up," Tony adds, folding his arms across his chest. "Nat and Clint will take Russia, Bruce and I will head to Germany. That leaves you and Thor to handle Turkey."

You nod, already preparing yourself mentally for the mission ahead. The Avengers are closing in on Loki's endgame, and you need to stay focused. But deep down, you know what awaits you—wherever Loki is, you'll feel him. And you're not sure how much longer you can resist the pull.

As the meeting breaks up, Thor catches your arm, pulling you aside. His face is lined with concern, his grip firm but gentle.

"Are you certain you're ready for this?" he asks, his voice low. "You've been through so much already."
