[Concept] Fall of Solitas

When the US came out of isolation, Salem secretly contacted the Confederate Bandits and recruited them for her own gain.

At the same time, she had earlier recruited the Blood Fang as well to her cause, making the Confederates and Blood Fang be under the "Same Flag", but this was a major miscalculation on her part as both factions had conflicting ideologies.

The Confederates wanted to enslave Faunus and the Blood Fang wanted to exterminate and enslave Humanity, these two factions found out about each other and went rogue and began fighting each other.

These two factions would attack Solitas as the Confederates, potentially hired by Jacques, would attack Atlas while the Blood Fang attacked Mantle.
