In one of several islands hidden by storm, a large palace stood on a large hill. In that palace stood an exalted figure.

???: Another ship has sunk to the storm. These outsiders from the other side relentlessly send men here to their death. Foolish and Uncouth

???: Hmm? No deaths? Someone has saved them. These outsiders and their savior must be eliminated. Non shall endanger the Eternity

On the other side of the island, a large mountain stands. On it's peak is a large shrine, built around a large sakura tree. On its base a curious hum can be heard.

???: So they survived, saved by an unknown party. They must possess quiet the admirable power if they could save that many people from Ei's storm. This could be interesting.

(Ok to clarify I don't remember where the fatui base is let's just make everything part of Narukami Island for now)

Deep underground the island, a large factory can be found. It is filled with dense fog that radiates darkness and rage. One figure is shown kneeling before another

???1: My Lord, an outsider ship has been sunk by the Thunderstorm, but there appear to be no deaths.

???2: Oh? So someone saved them from her wrath. It matters not. Focus on the task at hand

???1: Yes lord

Finally, at the nearest beach from the shipwreck, a cloaked figure sits on a rock, staring at the 5 children he has just saved. Next to him a girl warms herself by the fire.

???1: Thank you for saving us keroo

???2: Think nothing of it. Your friends will wake up soon enough. When they do we must leave this place lest we become her prisoners.

???1: Her?

???2: She is of no importance at the moment. Right now let us focus on your friends

???1: But the others, Sensei, and the crew!

???2: They will be fine. I have shielded them from the Thunderstorm's wrath. It is prudent we get you and your friends who are here now to safety before we worry about your other companions

???1: Alright Kerooo. Lead the way
