Schooling

Before Taylor, Hailey, Hannah, Chloe, and Maddie began and attended school, Mom and Dad went to Parent/Teacher meetings to make sure school would be good for them. What kind of challenges did they want to learn? How do they learn best? One day on a Wednesday afternoon, Mom, Dad, Taylor, and Hailey sat down in a class and thought wow these teachers know what they are doing and are very organized with their curriculum. A fourth and fifth grade class had their schedule on the white board such as learning about english, science, math, social studies, reading, gym, art, music, physical education, gym class, recess, lunch, and creative writing. Very clean and organized Taylor and Hailey thought to themselves. No longer Taylor, Hailey, and their younger sisters Hannah, Chloe, and Maddie were at home; they attended school. Taylor graduated from Brentwood Tanglewood Bloomberry  Elementary School in the year 2003. Taylor was ready for a brand new chapter in their lives which was middle school. That morning on a sunny, partly cloudy day, Taylor woke up feeling excited and ready to start at Lincoln Tiger Middle School. Hailey was excited to start her fifth grade year, the last grade at Tanglewood Bloomberry Elementary School. Hannah was ready for a new year of second grade. Chloe and Maddie couldn't wait and jumped for excitement for their year in first grade and kindergarten. Taylor got herself ready for school and listened to Atomic Kitten's song; the Tide is high. The Tide is a high song and plays blasting from her google bluetooth white speaker. Taylor slowly brushed her blonde straight hair and she felt refreshed after a nice deep shower. Taylor put her hair into two pigtails. Taylor poured herself some Reese Peanut Butter Crunch cereal with some strawberry banana smoothie. However, Taylor was considerate and left some for her younger sisters Hailey, Hannah, Chloe, and Maddie. "Sweet honey, make sure you tell me and update me what is going on." Mom said to Taylor. "Yes, ok I will let you know and call and text you." Mom said "Thank you sweet honey!" So Taylor's responsibility was to let Mom know what she will be up to. Taylor waved goodbye to her family along with giving a hug to her sisters.

"Bye good luck at middle school." Hailey, Hannah, Chloe, and Maddie all chimed in. "Thank you." Taylor excitedly called out from the seat of her bus. "Here come sit with us." her friends Naya, Quinn, Savannah, Stephanie, Alyssa, Jennifer, Kelly, and Monica said to Taylor. "Coming, and I will definitely sit with you guys, Taylor replied after sending a text message to her mom, dad, and calling her sister Hailey. Naya says to Taylor: "I hope you had a good summer." "I had a great summer and I went to gymnastics sleepaway camp and I am ready to learn at school." Taylor replied with a smile. "Awesome that is good to hear." Naya replied. "I am so glad we are all friends." Alyssa, Quinn, Savannah, and Kelly said." "Yay me too and us too." Taylor, Monica, Stephanie and Naya said. Hailey, Hannah, Chloe, and Maddie headed off to elementary school. Hailey also has a white iphone from Mom and Dad to let them know what she is up to. School is very important because it is an essential tool to help prepare young students for life. Like for example; learning to read, write, do math, and learn all about people, places, things, and nature, "Fullfill and live your life to the fullest " quote was up on the white wall before going to their classrooms. Taylor and her friends Naya, Quinn, Savannah, Alyssa, Jennifer, and many of her classmates saw on their wall. "Not everyone has the same learning style or readiness level to move on in life and be kind to everyone you meet." Hailey saw on the mural art wall as she walked to her class. Taylor and Hailey's younger sisters Hannah, Chloe, and Maddie saw the same quote as Hailey did. So Taylor followed her school  schedule: homeroom/advisory, first period: meditation/yoga class, second period: science, spanish third period, fourth period history class, fifth period: physical education gym class, sixth period: recess/lunch, seventh period: math class, eighth period: english class, and ninth period reading class: get a book to read/silent reading and to discuss their reading comprehension. Taylor was very happy that at least some of her friends Naya was in her homeroom, history, gym class, lunch/recess, and english class, Quinn in her science, math, and reading class, Alyssa in her yoga meditation, spanish, and math class plus lunch, and Stephanie and Savannah in her yoga meditation, math, and lunch with Taylor. Taylor breathed in and out and meditated to calm soothing breathing music in her yoga and meditation class. Make sure to breathe in and out and it helps to get rid of all nerves you are feeling Taylor's teacher Ms. Gina told her class. Taylor loved every minute of her yoga and meditation class. Hailey took her spelling test and math test in her fifth grade class and she did very well. Taylor spent about one to two and half hours on her homework from english, math, reading, history,  spanish, and science classes. Taylor had to memorize words for practicing a conversation in Spanish. She asked Hailey and her mom if she could practice a conversation in Spanish. So they replied yes of course. In gym class, Taylor played kickball with her friend Naya and her gym class. Wow those red balls were sure flying high. Taylor wrote some poetry and a story on her summer vacation. Hailey had fun in her music class singing along to the words from Grease and Mamma Mia the musicals. When Taylor was not sure of how to solve some math problems, she asked for help from her math teacher Mr. Bob. Mr. Bob helped her solve the problems of 108 divided by two equals 62c, twenty eight divided by 3, and twenty eight a plus three b equals sixty two. It was actually quite interesting and all the help Taylor had from her teacher Mr. Bob; she felt a lot of relief. Hailey struggled in science with a project. She even had her buddy Sadie help her science experiment a success. The science experiment was a smoothie ice cream maker that can make soft serve ice cream. Hailey's science project with the smoothie ice cream maker made strawberries with white soft cream and bananas with banana mango puree into soft serve ice cream. "Wow this tastes really good. Hailey's fifth grade teacher Ms. Robin recalled with a smile. Hailey let her classmates try the soft serve strawberry ice cream. "Well done, Hailey's classmates told her. Taylor even used her public library to study after school from 3:45 pm till 6 pm at night. Sometimes Taylor would stay till 7 pm to get all of her homework done at the library. Taylor's tutor Ms. Elizabeth would help her study for her english, history, and science test. Taylor thanked Ms. Elizabeth for helping her succeed in all of her classes. Ms. Elizabeth was very happy to hear that. Ms. Elizabeth told Taylor if you want and would like I can continue to help you in your classes in high school. Taylor said yeah that would be great and an honor. Continue to succeed and pass all of your classes in school! That is super important. To obtain and get a goodnight's rest and use all resources that you can! Be organized and be ready to learn with an open mind and be flexible.
