It's almost 10 pm, yet they are still sitting. Heewon father carry her in his back while she is sleeping, he doesn't know where to go, they look homeless because of the bags he is carrying—but who cares, lucky he brought an money of course. But he keep overthinking why would his wife suddenly ask him to go outside with heewon, so he brought some of heewon money that she workhard in her modeling and acting, but he didn't use it. He just brought it, in case. Also he still have somw contacts of those projects heewon have, like the director numbers.
They arrived in some unfamiliar place, a bus stop and there's a near ocean in the back of thw waiting shield. Suddenly there's a man go to them. “Uh, excuse me? uhm, are you lost? why don't you go home already, it's almost midnight already. You also have a children, it's dangerous mostly because it's midnight” Ryuki look up to him, not knowing what to say. They don't have an house or bed to sleep, that old lady might sell that house and go abroad of that money, how funny very gold digger.
“We don't have to place to sleep, we might stay here until morning and look up at hotel to sleep. I'll stay alert and awake. Thank you for your concern mister.” Ryuki just smile to the man. “You can stay at my house, for awhile.”
“Is that fine? Uh, yeah sure.” He have no choice, his daughter might not be comfortable. Even tho he doesn't trust much the man, he can't just roam around at this midnight. And he can't also waste those money he brought, they need it for foods and something they need. “Anyways, I'm Yoon Jeong-jae and I have only one daughter Joowon. Well I think, your daughter is little older than her.” Jeong-jae said smiley, while introducing himself and his daughter.
“I'm Ryuki, Han Ryuki. And this is my daughter Han Heewon, she is only my daughter too. How old is your daughter? she might be older than heewon.” Ryuki tried to be approachable, he can't just share so much info about him and his daughter. “Oh! That's why she looks familiar, my daughter really idolize her. She even have pictures of heewon in her notebooks or room.” They talk while walking to Jeong-jae house, of course Ryuki just give a small statement like heewon basic info like age, hobbies or hates.
When they arrived at Jeong-jae house. There's an two little boys and one little girl sleeping and another man. “Who's that?- Oh? That's heewon right? Wah, I have seen her in some billboards and some of her posters.” The man said while looking at them. “Right they will stay here for awhile, I think? Anyways, you two can stay in the bedroom for now.” Jeong-jae turned around to them and escort them to the bedroom.
Morning has come, Heewon woke up from unfamiliar bedroom. The bed is so comfortable that she doesn't want to stand up, “little girl, it's time to wake up.” the girl woke up with a sweet voice from her father. “Appa, where are we? where is mother?” heewon ask, really curious. Why they aren't at home? what comes to her mind, her mother might be mad at her for being not home, and heewon starts to remember. Her mother schedule her for a photoshoot right now, even thought she doesn't want, her mother will get mad.
“Well uh, she left? she doesn't comeback, yesterday.” the father don't know what to say to her, he doesn't want to lie to his daughter. He doesn't want heewon to keep waiting for her mother. While heewon eyes is widen, she doesn't know if she should be happy or not. Happy because she can get away from all those arguments, scolding and keep pushing her, not because after all, she is still her mother. She raised her even she felt her mother doesn't want, and she is her only mother.
“but- where are we?” she once again ask, “yesterday, a stranger saw us at the bus stop. And he offered to stay at his house, which is this. Are you comfortable to stay here?” he ask worry for his daughter. She just nodded no, she prefer this simple house but looks lively, than their house full of lights but lonely.
When they go out, she is behind her appa. Peeking to whose people out there, she see an 2 boys that looks like around her age, and 1 girl that looks younger than her. Then there's 2 man there, cooking and cleaning. “why there's no women here?- I mean.. There mother and wife, 3 father's in a house with an 4 children. That's weird” she thought. “Oh, you two are woke up already” the one cooking man said. “no we are still sleeping” the girl talking to her mind.
The 3 kids looked up to where the man is looking. They see beautiful girl, with a very healthy hair that have a nice skin. Suddenly the one girl realized something, “Oh?! Heewon unnie? I have seen your posters and watch your dramas! Appa, is she really? wow” the girl exclaim, she can't believe her idol is in front of her. Heewon was stunned, she meet many people that has a same reaction, but in her head she thinks that the girl know her. She just look at her and smile a little.
“Yes, that's heewon. And this is her father, ryuki, they might stay with us.” Jeong-jae said after he finished cooking. “What? really?! but they are rich and we just live here, she might don't like it” the girl said with a pout. Heewon looked at her, widen eyes again, “do they really think like that?” she while thinking what to say. “No, I'm fine with this simple house.” heewon tell them, while her father smile at her. Ryuki thinks that, he is very lucky to have an understanding daughter, “We are living with an model and actress? deabak!” the one boy said with a bright smile, heewon look at the another boy. He is just looking at her, but when she look at him, he smiled a little then looked away.
“Oh right, I forgot to say. This girl is Ju won, she is my daughter, this is Hae jun the bright kid. And this is San ha, he is quite but you can get along to him, I hope you four get a long. And I'm Jeong-jae, and this is Daeuk, San ha father.” Jeong-jae explained to the girl one by one, which the father and daughter tried to memorize their names, although it's quite easy for them to memorize it.
