Chapter 30

"It's okay now, petal. No need to cry now." V said, rubbing his hand up and down on Jungkook's back.

The said boy slowly removed his face from V's stomach, face became red because of the previous crying. "I-I'm not crying anymore." He sniffled. He looked up, eyelashes still hanging a few drops of tears.

V's heart aches again when he saw the pity look of the boy. He wiped off his tears with the pad of his thumb, "Did she hurt you?" He asked while checking the boy from head to toe. After earning a small 'no' from the boy, V can finally calm down.

He lifted the boy up in ease, using only one hand to support the boy's weight. He was about to sit on his chair but Jungkook stopped him.

"H-Hyungie should sanitise the chair first." Jungkook muttered, face buried in the crook of V's neck.

"You're right." V said. He turned around and headed to the couch, sitting down and settled the boy on his lap.

"Why hyungie didn't come and fetch me today?" Jungkook asked once he sat on V's lap.

"Hyungie was too busy, petal." V used his thumb to touch Jungkook's bottom lip, touching the smooth surface.

Jungkook just jutted his bottom lip out, doe eyes widened up more as he glared at V, "No more next time, hyungie." He warned, but using the cutest tone that V had ever heard.

After earning the small warning from the boy, V's lips stretched out more, forming a wider smile. "Why? You can't live without hyungie now, bubblegum?" He teased.

Jungkook's face cheeks immediately turned red. He pushed V's hand away, backing away a little. The older male quickly wrapped his arms around his waist so that the boy won't fall off from his lap.

"Don't see yourself so important, mister." Jungkook used his index finger to poke the centre of V's chest while giving out the sassy comment.

V let out an airy chuckle. He wrapped his hand around Jungkook's wrist, "Do you want to take a shower here? Or you want to do it later?" He asked.

Jungkook looked down at his sweater. He brought the hem of the sweater close to his nose and sniffed. Of course, he still smell like roses because of the bath and applying lotion on his skin yesterday.

But Jungkook wanted to take a shower. He doesn't like the sticky feeling on his skin.

"I'll take a shower here." Jungkook said, getting down from V's lap.

"Okay." V got up from his seat too. "Go to that resting room, you'll find a bathroom inside. I think I still have my spare clothes there. You can wear it."

Jungkook nodded his head and skipped happily towards the room.

V just shook his head in defeat at the cute bunny boy. But suddenly his eyes darkened when he reminded himself he still have someone to handle.

Well, he decided he should hand the woman to his twin brother. He's sure that he will treat that woman really 'nice'.

"Hyungie I've finished showering! Your pants doesn't suit me so I just wore your dress shirt-..." Jungkook keeps on talking while opening the door. He didn't realise the room not only have his hyungie, but two other clients of V too.

He stopped talking, hand still on the doorknob as he stared at the three other man with confusion in his eyes. He stood there, legs still bare, white dress shirt almost transparent as it got soaked by water that Jungkook didn't wipe off, collarbone all shown out and one of his shoulder displayed.

His hair still dripping with water. Water droplets trickled down from his hair than to his neck, wetting the collar of the shirt more.

Three other men stared at the Jungkook, unable to move their gaze away from the ethereal looking boy. V doesn't know how to react after watching the scene in front of him.

He felt his inner beast, wanting to jump out and calm the beauty, who's Jungkook.

V snapped himself out of his mind as he jolted up from his seat, grabbing the coat that he placed on the chair and quickly put it around the boy.

"H-Hyungie who are they?" Jungkook asked softly. He felt himself getting lifted up by the older male.

"Clients." V replied shortly. He walked back into the resting room, using his foot to kick the door shut. He placed the boy onto the bed, covering his legs with the thick coat.

Jungkook continued stare at the man with nothing but innocence in his eyes.

V let out a deep sigh at the innocent look of the boy. He doesn't know whether he should get mad at the boy for walking out of the resting room without warning or continue to appreciate the beauty.

The older man's face flushed when he actually wanted to choose the second option of his choices. He let out a small cough, "P-Petal, you can't just walk out like that."

"Why?" Jungkook asked, tilting his head.

"B-Because..." V stammered, "People will stare at you!" He explained.

Jungkook let out a small laugh, "Why would they stare at me?"

"Petal, you're too beautiful in others' eyes. They're a lot of bad people out there. You should be more careful." V placed his hands on Jungkook's shoulder, trying his best to explain to the boy.

"Then..." Jungkook used his hand to remove V's hands from his shoulder, then placed them on his waist.

"Petal, what are you doing?" V asked, feeling confused with Jungkook's action. He could clearly feel Jungkook's warm skin and the shape of his slender waist, making his face become redder.

Jungkook ignored his question as he just wrapped his arms around V's neck, making the male bend down a little.

"Then did hyungie find Kookie beautiful too?" Jungkook asked, leaning closer to the male until there isn't much distance between their face, "Will hyungie continue stare at Kookie, forever and ever?"

V almost got his nose bleeding after hearing Jungkook's questions. Jungkook talking in third person is a thing that V couldn't resist.

He would be lying if he said his heart didn't flutter at Jungkook's words. His face flushed red, like they're dripping blood.

V quickly pushed the boy, gently. One more look, he might do something he's not supposed to do. "S-Stay here first." He said.

He needs to get away from this situation real quick. He got out of the room frantically.

While Jungkook sat on the bed, swaying his legs back and forth. He then suddenly smirked when he thinks of the blushing face of the male earlier.

"Hyungie looks cute while blushing..." he muttered.
