Chap 4: Quizy Buzy

@2041hrs, Kihaa 

^Nidhi's house

"Good morning miss Nidhi, it's almost time for you to wake up as we your school is waiting for you to start. It will be very sad for the school if you don't go, my lady!" Mumma said in a sarcastic tone."

"just 10 more mins...PLEASEEEEE."

"Wake up or i am taking your cat out in the streets."

"Mummmmaaaaaa...why everyone in this house is after my little baby, why don't you all just leave him alone?"

"AWWW.. wake up now."

^In the shower

"Why doesn't he tell me his name? Am i that ugly?....No way. I guess his eyes are little weak like i know i bit annoying but i haven't done anything to him yet. It's just a name, he's acting like i am going to take his property by knowing his name, That stupid punk gets on my nerve, what should i d-"

"If you're going to take 2 mins more, i'll leave you here and leave for my office, you keep on enjoy your shower time." Mumma shouted at the bathroom door.

"Alright coming in 2.5 mins"

"You're such a headache."

^Aster Nights School, Kihaa (Nidhi's current school)

^Psychology department

"Nidhi, Can you please show me your ppt that was supposed to be presented 3 days ago?" professor asked.

"Oh prof, you should have reminded me that in the morning."

"So, do you think this school is working under your parent, that we professors have to give you a missed call?"

"What can i do to make it up to you?"

"Today, you are going to volunteer in the Physics Quizy Busy competition held in the mark hall."

"Shit, Can you please just tell me to wash the toilets instead or the sweep the floors, that would be nicer."

"Our school is not a low graded school for your kind information so please do as what is told you to do so."

Nidhi hates the socializing thing like if she has to initiate the conversation she feels like her repo is going down and being a volunteer in an event is a part of socializing on behalf of school. She has to welcome the other school, greet the foreign students, talk nicely and has to put smile on her face all the time. She hates doing this to that extent she's even ready to clean the toilets.

^Quiz Room

"Welcome everyone Welcome to our school" Nidhi half heartedly welcomed everyone.

"Everyone take seats... The quiz is just going to begin" Announcement made.

Everyone taking their seats and some saving the seats for friends. Participants in the front row, they'll leave for the stage when there turns come up. Now Nidhi is trying to bail on the event and sneaking out but she failed and the teacher made her sit in the last row and ask her to be a discipline monitor. She is of course getting frustrated.

"God....I hope this quiz ends asap. I need to leave." she whispered to herself.

The Quiz started  one by one different participants from different schools comes over the stage and the quiz starts and then ends in 10 mins. Nidhi is just about to pass out. But suddenly she hears a familiar voice.

"Participants from school of combats come over the stage VS Aster nights school. It's going to be hard as our home team is in the game. So every body give a huge round of applause. THE GAME IS ON!!!!" Another announcement .

"School of combats...oh the school my mumma wants me to go in...let me record this, obviously they are going to loose, our school team is on top. I'll show the video to mumma, Only then she'll know that this school has all the dumb stuff kids." Nidhi talking to herself.

Nidhi took out her phone and started recording the quiz but guess what happened that she suddenly stopped recording it and actually started watching the quiz....ANY GUESSES?!!

YES  you are absolutely right...Our Handsome boy is on the stage from his school team....Dhangtadanggggg tadatada.

"Question No.1- Motion of objects along a straight line is also called as...option A. Rectilinear motion Option B. Linear motion" anchor asked.

"Option A" student form Aster nights.

"Yes you are correct my lil Newton from Aster Nights"

The quiz goes on and on....the score was Aster night -5 & School of combats - 2. But there was something very off and fishy that the second they announce the question another second without a thought students from Aster nights hit the buzzer.

"Wait a sec sir...i guess this game is biased." Our boy shouted at the judges. "I feel like these students already knew all the questions before hand as they are home team. You should check that."

"Why didn't you study well, now you are loosing and complaining." Boy from Aster nights shouted on him.

"I suggest you to shut up man. Alright then tell me the law of the inertia?"

"Why should i answer you dumbo, i am already giving perfect answers to whom i am supposed to give."

"You know what you are also supposed to do....just get lost."

And they both got on the verge of giving a fist to one another. But before that judges made an announcement.

"Everyone settle down and keep calm. There will be a break for 20 mins and by that time we will check on that and will change the questions for next round." 

Our boy vacated the room as soon as possible. His temper is on the 11th floor and he is just so frustrated, as he was not able to give answers of the questions he knew already because the other students were so fast. He is now looking for boys washroom, walking very fast. Nidhi saw all that happened on the stage and now she's also very tensed and she also vacated the room and running after him.

Now you must be thinking she'll comfort him and everything will fine in the next round. But let me tell you the writer is very creative. Every thing unexpected is going to happen.
