Thoughts: *Blah blah*
Speaking: "Yippe kai ay"
Action: I punched him....
...
..Waves crashed against the wooden hull of a small boat, making it toss and turn, but it didn't affect the sole person on board.
From under his eyes and down to his chin was covered behind a half samurai mask painted black. What was once a gift, now a grim reminder of how he must live. His hair is a mess and flailing widly in the wind behind him as he stands behind the wheel of his ship. His grip tight and unforgiving on the wooden pegs, so tight they might snap, holding onto these pegs like he wanted to hold onto the things that he lost. So he could never lose them again.
His eyes flickered down to a strange looking compass with "Alabasta" written on the wooden bottom of the compass. Hatred had told him that whoever massacred this man's second life had a boss, and he was located there.
Hatred: 45%
....
...
..Hatred: "So, what's your plan on killing this guy? Or what happens after."
(Y/N) stayed silent. His gaze remained ahead of him, his eyes narrowed into a piercing glare.
Hatred huffs, a sharp pain ringing through (Y/N)'s mind to snap him out of his silent anger.
Hatred: "Asked you a question, did I not?"
(Y/N): "I don't have one. I just need to make him suffer. I don't care what happens to me as long as he suffers from what he has done."
Hatred: "So a suicide mission?"
(Y/N) didn't respond. His silence was enough of an answer.
The harsh wind blowing against (Y/N)'s eyes made him blink, and for that fraction of a second, he found himself back in that empty white void with two circular window frames ahead of him.
(Y/N): "W-what? I.. I only blinked!! HATRED!!!"
He yelled out in anger, making Hatred appear in front of him out of thin air. Seeing his child self again was... sickening.
Hatred: "You may not care about your life, but I do, and so do the others. So until you start acting properly like a true samurai with honour. You won't be getting any control."
Hatred: 57%
(Y/N): "Honour died when Maria died in my arms!... I.. she.. I should've saved her... them. I should've been there."
The reality set in for (Y/N) again, making him fall to his knees, his mask no longer on him since it was only attached to his physical form.
Chains shot out from thin air, just how Hatred appeared. Making (Y/N) unable to move and restricted. Keeping him prisoned in his own mind. Whether these chains were something of hatred control or the chains of (Y/N)'s own suffering. He didn't know.
....
...
..The man's eyes opened. In just one blink, all of that transpired. Now Hatred was in control once more, gazing around at his surroundings before reaching down to his sword. He took all of the gems except from his own red one and threw them onto the deck of the ship.
Hatred: "Come, my brothers. We have very much ahead of us."
Each of the gems shined, shining so brightly in their respective colours until the sun was a mere fire on a candle stick compared to the brightness of the three gems.
Hatred didn't look away for a second, as if the light that would blind any living creatures wasn't there. He was too focused on watching his brothers take form.
