The sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow across the city as Nina parked her car outside a trendy bar known for its exclusivity and high-profile clientele. Her heart raced, but she couldn’t afford to show any nerves. Tonight was her chance to get close to Viktor Novikov, and she intended to take full advantage of it.
Dressed in a fitted black leather dress that hugged her curves and left little to the imagination, Nina was aware of the power she wielded. The dress, with its daring neckline and above-the-knee length, was designed to draw attention and elicit desire. She paired it with strappy heels that added height and confidence to her already fierce demeanor.
As she stepped out of the car, Nina caught her reflection in the tinted windows. She looked fierce—dangerous even. Taking a deep breath, she adjusted her hair and headed toward the entrance of the bar, her heart pounding with both excitement and the weight of her mission.
Inside, the atmosphere was electric. Dim lights illuminated a small group of men engaged in hushed conversations, but all eyes turned to her as she entered. The tension in the room shifted, and Nina felt it—a predatory gaze sweeping over her.
At the far end of the bar, she spotted Viktor Novikov. He stood with an air of confidence, his dark hair framing a face that was both striking and intimidating. He wore a fitted suit that accentuated his muscular build, and the aura around him demanded attention. As he caught her eye, an intrigued smile curled at the corners of his mouth, and she knew she had him.
Nina made her way across the room, each step deliberate and confident. As she approached, Viktor’s expression shifted to one of curiosity, and she could see the intrigue sparking in his blue eyes.
“Can I help you?” he asked, his tone smooth yet laced with an undertone of caution.
“Maybe I can help you,” she replied, leaning slightly closer. “I’m new in town and heard you know how to show a girl a good time.”
Viktor’s smile widened, and for a moment, she caught a glimpse of the man behind the dangerous reputation. “I might know a thing or two about that. What’s your name?”
“Lexi,” she said, maintaining eye contact, her voice low and sultry. “And you’re Viktor Novikov, the man everyone seems to be talking about.”
His gaze narrowed, intrigued. “Flattery will get you everywhere. Would you like to join me?”
She smiled coyly, knowing this was the opening she needed. “I’d love to.”
They moved to a secluded booth in the back, where the dim lighting provided a sense of intimacy. As they settled into their seats, Nina could feel the tension crackling between them, the chemistry palpable. She leaned in closer, her confidence soaring as she engaged him in conversation.
Just as the night seemed to be flowing perfectly, Viktor’s phone buzzed on the table. He glanced at the screen and frowned. “I need to take this,” he said, standing up and stepping outside.
