It’s the first day of school after the incident. You know, The Hyde. Where Enid wolfed out to protect Wednesday. They shared a hug. Wednesday is in the dorm, unpacking her things. She puts on her black bedding, Then the pink wolf skips in the room.
Wednesdays POV: Enid came in the dorm. I looked at her, My face turned a slight shade of pink but then I looked away, Continuing unpacking. As I'm unpacking, I see that I packed the black snood that Enid made for me. A soft smile played on my lips, Then Enid greeted me. ”hey wens!” I smiled at the sound of her voice but hided it before turning around to face her. ”Hello, Enid.”
Enid’s POV: I spot the black snood I knitted for her behind her, And a smile plays on my lips. I giggle. ”Oo you brought the snood I made you?* Wednesday’s cheeks turned pink and she answered. ”Oh uhm, Must've been an accident.”
Wednesday’s POV: ”Oh uhm, Must've been an accident.” I say, but I know damn well it wasn't. I didn’t want to admit it. Whenever I look at Enid, I get this weird feeling in my stomach. Thing tells me it's butterflies, Which I'm not sure what it means. Thing keeps teasing me, saying I have a big fat crush on Enid. Which obviously isn’t true, I’d never love someone like Enid. It would I?
Enids POV: Did this goth really just zone out? I scoff and say: ”Earth to Wednesday!!” She snaps out of it and apologizes coldly. As she's apologizing, both of our phones buzz with a text. I check it, And it's from a group chat. It's a group chat where most of our school is in. Bianca is hosting a party for the first day of school, Well, because we don't actually have school today. I want to go with Ajax, But at the same time... I kinda want to go with.. Wednesday...? my cheeks turned slightly pink at the thought of Wednesday. As I'm thinking, Ajax answers Bianca's Text, saying: ”I'm not going to make it, I have a cold. So sorry!“ Which was odd, Because he didn't tell me. But oh well! Now I can go with Wednesday. I smile.
Wednesdays POV: Why is this wolf smiling at her phone. Is she texting Ajax again? I hate him. Fuck, Why do I care? I don't like her or anything. It just drives me crazy. He doesn't deserve her. I'm zoned out, glaring at Enid. I snap out of it, And Enid has a huge smile on her face. She says: ”Omg WEDNESDAY! Bianca’s hosting a party tonight. Can you come with me? Pretty pleasee!” She says with her puppy eyes. I usually tell her they don't work on me, But deep inside I find them kinda cute. I answer her coldly “Aren’t you going with Ajax?” Her face falls.
Enids POV: As Wednesday asks about Ajax, I feel a slight feeling of disappointment in me. Does she not want to go with me? I answer her: ”Oh, Uh. No, He said he has a cold.” I say softly, and then beg her to go with me ”Pleasee Wednesday! I don’t want to go alone.” I say with my puppy eyes. My smile grows big as she sighs and nods slightly.
Wednesdays POV: Ugh, I hate party's. But Enid is just so... Cute. What am I saying?! Of course she's not cute.. I think to myself. I slightly nod, Admitting defeat. Her smile grows huge, And she begins jumping up and down. She giggles and says ”Thank you thank you thank you!!!”. This girl... What's so exciting about party's?
No ones POV: They both get ready. Enid puts on a pink short dress and curls her hair a bit. She adds some pink eye shadow and black eyeliner. Meanwhile Wednesday is glaring at Enid, Admiring her. Then, She throws on a black lacy long dress. Then adds some eyeliner.
Enids POV: Wooaahh.. Wednesday looks so hot.. Wait! What am I saying.. That's so weird! I don’t like her! I try to convince myself. I then compliment Wednesday, hoping she will compliment me too. ”You look beautiful, Willa”
Wednesdays POV: I blush slightly as Enid compliments me. ”T-thank you, Enid.” FUCK. Did I just stutter? Oh my god. This wolf does things to me that no one else has before. I compliment her back. ”You don't look bad yourself.”
Enids POV: EEEEEK!! She complimented me back!! I blush, And say thank you.
No ones POV: They are now done and head out the door, Walking to Bianca's party. Wednesday can't help but steal glances at Enid when she's not looking.
