*MICHAELA'S POV*
*camera sound XD*
"Watcha doing Micky?"
I look up from my phone and see my older sister leaning forward from her seat trying to catch a glimpse of what was on my screen.
"Pleaseeee call me Michaela, you should know of all people that I hate the name Micky."
You could say I had a bit of a history with someone named Micky.
Wasn't a good one too.
"and I'm taking a picture of my last meal in Semarang." I reply.
Saying that made me feel slightly sad that I was leaving this place.
I had all my family here, my friends and my favourite fro-yo places and it was going to be hard saying good bye, especially to my sister.
My sister and I grew up close I eachother, tagging each other on Instagram and sharing the tight bond of sisterhood.
But it was all worth it.
I wouldn't miss this day for all the kawaii plushies in the world, I've been waiting for 7 years, 2682 days.
My sister and I were sitting in the middle of the airport food court before my departure.
I was very pleased with the glorious food that was sitting in from of me.
I had a 6 chicken nugget meal- yes I am aware I am 20- from hungry jacks and a small chocolate frappe from McDonald's.
You could say I was feeling very multicultural buying a meal from two seperate fast food franchises.
I had an insane obsession with chicken nuggets from fast food retaurants. They were my definition of perfect, if a boy were to propose to me with a chicken nugget ring I would eat the ring, and then have our reception at McDonald's or hungry jacks.
It was that kind of obsession, an obsession we fangirls call "FANGIRLING"
In capital letters.
I was thoroughly enjoying my 6 mini nuggets of chicken heaven when a loud speaker got my attention.
"Last call for flight 2862 boarding all passengers going from Semarang to california, all passengers flying to california this is your last call."
2862 huh?
What a cute number.
"Micky! That's your flight!"
I took a moment slowly biting my nuggets whilst my sisters words began to make sense.
"OH MY GOD I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME MICKEY AND...Oh my god it is!"
I shove the rest of the chicken nuggets in to my mouth in a -if I do say so myself- lady like manner, grabbed my purse and ran to the gate with my sister.
In my head, I planned myself saying good bye to all the shops and having a touching good bye with my sister before jetting off half way around the world but I guess sprinting to a door would substitute for now.
We were both sprinting past passengers, various trumped is suitcases and many tempting food vending machines.
And in one swift moment, we were little kids again, running to the ice cream van before it drove off.
