Day 13 - Creation/Destruction

The AU used here is the one from my The last ones book. Angst. Warnings: Death, mentioned death and attempted execution. The battle of Adromia mentioned in the stars prompt.

I look out over my kingdom and sigh well it's not really my kingdom anymore especially since they exiled me... i don't blame them though i just hope that they will be safe... maybe.. maybe it's time to go back to my original home...

I run through the burning parts of the kingdom racing from house to house for survivors and i enter one of the houses a mother gives their child to me.

"Take my hand please miss" I say and she smiles.

"Please make sure my baby has a loving home... Obsidian.." She says with her final breath as she falls to the ground.

"i will i promise" i whisper before running out of the burning house and continuing on my way knowing their are no more survivors i get to the outskirts where everyone is and see people helping each other, healing, talking and making things.

So many flower crowns, ribbons, potions, fabrics and toys are being made by everyone and i know the kingdom will survive this. Just as i think this the three leaders of the kingdom come over to us.

"Obsidian you were exiled from this kingdom and no matter what the cause of your reentry was it's not aloud and as such you are too be executed" The main leader says and i close my eyes.. i saw this coming with how corrupt they are the only thing that matters is keeping their positions.

I watch as the leaders smile there happy that i'm getting executed guess i won't be a problem to them anymore just as there about to bring to sword down a figure yells out

"why is our hero suffering for their mistakes he did nothing wrong"

as this figure yells this out more and more people begin to agree and chant to let me know the leaders though.

"Kill him now." One of them yells and the executed moves to bring it down i close my eyes only for the pain to never come.

I open my eyes to see standing In front of me Fire the red and orange of his clothes seem to glow as flames surround him and me however none of the flames hurt me i watch as he walks down to where the leaders sit and brings his hand up surrounding them in white flames when the flames disappear their gone and he turns back to me.

"The kingdom of Adromia was an amazing kingdom and you lead it amazingly until you let the people choose who they wanted to see. You saw them vote for others because they didn't want for you to have the stress and those they voted for you exiled you.. though even with that you came back to help them battling to protect the kingdom and helping those trapped in the aftermath... that's why i want to give you an opportunity for you and the kingdom to reside among the stars and be a reminder to people for what loyalty and hope truly mean" Fire says and i turn to the people and after seeing them all nod agree.
