abhira wss determined
she wanted to show armaan and that poddars she moved on
she wanted to show off how powerful lawyer she has become
and that her family was perfect
she  was taking so many cases
that she hardly had time for anyone
even the daily interaction between her husband has become lesser
and today on her anniversary
which she planned for arjun
she arrived an hour late to the intimate dinner that abhira herself arranged
she didnt have the time to get ready and when she saw arjun all dressed up
guilt started on her
" im sorry arjun, i didnt have the time
but i got it
guess who won the mining case project?"
" it was you ayushi.. i know it
i always wanted you to succeed "
arjun said with a pride on his face
" i knew it you only want to see my progress
I love you so..one second"
abhira was about to hug arjun
but a message on her phone made her busy
she immediately replied to it
and when she wanted to continue the conversation
she saw arjun  left her and sat on the table
already ordering dinner
abhira immediately went to him
" already food? i have many things to talk arjun"
" did you know , how much profit our company has seen
papa was so happy today"
" good"
arjun tried to smile
but abhira constantly checking her phone
was spoiling everything for arjun
he was always supportive
always care for her
but now things were getting out of hand
he wanted his wife
who would listen to him about random things
not work related
but looks like abhira has slipped away from that talks
but
today was their anniversary
every year they used to pretend that they have forgotten it and suprise each other
away from their jobs and the world
they promised that it would be one day
they would spend time together
but  seeing how abhira was on the phone
was making arjun unhappy
he sat their for another 10 mins
seeing there is no way
abhira was going to look at him
he got up trying to leave
when abhira stopped him
" kaha jarahein ho?
just 2 mins arjun
sit down"
arjun hesitated but finally sat down
" sorry last message sent.. now tell me
where were we?"
" what do you mean abhira?"
arjun asked suprised
thats when abhira revealed a desire
" im thinking to plan for a second child"
" good , then give me the appointment
i will come to the hospital"
that statement made abhira drop her phone and look up at her husband
" hospital? what are you saying arjun?"
" dont know abhira
since you are decided everything in mins
i thought you wanted to go plan the baby too
may be ivf
where you dont need to look at me?"
arjun said a bit annoyed
" look at you?
what are you saying arjun
i thought you will be excited
you always wanted a sibling for ayush"
" more than a sibling
i wanted him to have a normal family abhira"
where his parents talk to each other
and who can separate their professional and personal lives
i know im not a saint
im also engrossed in work
but i do separate my time for you "

she was successful
she used  to manage her life
balance expectations

abhira was mot understanding why arjun was behaving this way
yes she was a little busy and she didnt have much time
but she didnt want to loose the opportunity
she wanted to show poddars
that they were wrong
she was trying to fight and succeed
she thought arjun would understand
but seeing him like this abhira didnt know what to do
she tried to reason

if i didnt care
we wouldnt be sitting here for the party
happy birthday arjun"
that last sentence messed up everything
abhira tried to hold arjuns hands
but he silently removed them
thats when the cake arrived
and abhira realized her mistake
she somehow forgot the occasion
it was their anniversary
" arjun ..i .."
" we need counseling abhira
i dont think its working "
saying that arjun left the restaurant
abhira tried to go behind arjun
but then the restaurant manager
stopped her and gave her  the flowers and gift
which arjun had ordered for her
abhira felt the  guilt
in order to prove to that poddars
she was unknowingly sacrificing the only relationship she loved the most
as she was standing in guilt
she hears someone clapping and it was none other than armaan
" wonderful! i dint know anniversaries are like this!
so when is the divorce happening ?"
" leave me alone armaan"
" come on abhira
you left me
and now that scapegoat arjun is also going to leave you
and the funny part is
your wonderful love drove him away"
armaan said laughing like a maniac
and the words made abhira frustrated

arjun didnt know where he was going
he drove some place very far away
and stopped their and began recollecting the past events
today he wanted to share with abhira
that would definitely break her heart
but now seeing how engrossed she is with her work
arjun felt the news will be easy for her
and she will handle it
he wiped his bloody nose and trashed his medical diagnosis report
he decided this time he will not fight it
he will end the chapter once for all
